Sorry, I don't have any links. As I've said before, I used Photoshop and Paint . net and just sort of winged it. Due to popular demand I might make a guide at some point, when I have time. Thanks for all the comments everyone!

This map is gorgeous! If you would be so kind, do you have any links to how you learned to make this map? I've made maps for my worlds / campaigns before but this is one of the best I have yet seen. Truly fabulous.
