First of all, download the free 18+ DLC. This guide only shows SFW pictures.

Language Settings

To change to English, press the 3 option in the main menu

Then the world icon and then select the desired language

The levels can be skipped with the arrow on the top right. Otherwise, can follow the pictures below .
