But I can't get all three? When I opened the chests I saw the Fight symbol, but the monk and Citizens don't get fight faces.... so... What I am I doing wrong?
A couple notes on the Purist achievement (probably only relevant now as they're things that didn't exist at release-time):
* Must not be using the DLC scenarios, but the regular Stranded one
* Must not have Memories enabled
* Must have the pause setting on the "not allowed to pause" option.
As for getting fortitude on the non-peasant die faces, instead of combining soldiers over and over again I found it easier to just save off a peasant die with only a Fortitude trait, then combine it with a Laboratory Construct that has 6 Raid faces. Same for pray/trade/research.
Other tip: though you can't pause and view the state of the world, you can press Esc or T to gather your wits about you. Combine that with taking a screenshot of the boss when his target changes if you're not having enough time to figure out what the symbols are, find your dice, and get things in order before he swaps again.
About 'Discover the Truth', here's how and when I got it. Playing the Stranded scenario, with the Fool on Legacy difficulty. No ascended dice used. I assume this has no impact at all on the achievement. In that game, I fully searched 2 old ruins and grabbed the pendants. I also got great relations with 2 encampments and got 2 more pendant symbols out of it. Thing is, those symbols were the same the ruins gave me. So I just found 2 of the 3 symbols in that game. That left only 4 possible solutions for the Obelisk. I solved it on 2nd or 3rd try. After that I destroyed the harbor and only then it gave me the Discover the Truth achievement. So my guess is, that achievement requires you to solve an Obelisk (no matter the clues you get) and then destroy the harbor. That's it.
Don't do as I did guys, Purist really has to be done playing the Stranded King. Now I know you don't get the achievement playing the Fool. Damn it. LOL
