This is a gimmicky build. Totally support/initiating Invoker. Cold Snap, Ice Wall, Deafening Blast are the focus of this build.

Play offlane, aggressive support, or mid. Roam early with ColdSnap and IceWall.

You will be really tanky because Quas is maxed first but have no damage.
