ASGARD: A Small Grid Atmospheric Reliable Drill
The Asgard is a state of the art reliable atmospheric mining vessel. It is capable of carrying a full complement of ores and supporting the weight on 3 different sides!

DLC RECOMMENDED
Wasteland DLC: is required for the offset spotlights.
Heavy Industry DLC: is required for the hazard texture skin.

KEY FEATURES
  • Full atmosphere earth-like operation only.
  • 11 large batteries providing 1 hour of operation time when full and 2 hours empty.
  • 6 Drills and 1 Large cargo container provide ample cargo space.
  • 6 Ejectors and 1 Connector on the bottom of the ship.
  • Equipped with 1 beacon, 1 antenna and 2 small ore detectors.
  • Mag plates are located on the bottom for docking with a connector.

DESIGN FEATURES:
  • SLIM BUILD: fits the mining profile.
  • SMALL BUILD: fits through doubled up hangar doors and blast doors.
  • 360 ROLLBAR: Light armor hull surrounds and protects nearly all components.
  • 3 WAYS TO MINE: As a vertical miner, tunnelling miner, and can tunnel up and down.
  • 3 AXES OF FREEDOM: Operates at full capacity on 3 axes (forward, backward, up).
  • DEFENCE CAPABLE: Comes equipped with a reloadable turret on the top to defend cargo.
  • 26 gyros allow you to spin/roll and turn the ship extremely fast while full.

THRUSTER COUNT
  • 10 forward atmospheric thrusters (4 large).
  • 32 backward atmospheric thrusters.
  • 16 left atmospheric thrusters.
  • 16 right atmospheric thrusters.
  • 16 up atmospheric thrusters (4 large).
  • 2 downward atmospheric thrusters.
    (be careful descending! gravity does most of the work).

ELEVATION DATA WHEN CARGO IS FULL
Zero meters is the ice lake on Earth-Like:
1816 meters Max elevation on upward thrust.
1600+ meters Max elevation on forward and backward thrust.
