Report a translation problem
Seems like for some reasons building built on top of this conduit doesn't recognize it as wire.
I wonder if changing <ThingDef ParentName="BuildingBase" Name="PowerConduit"> parentName to PowerConduit would made other buildings recognize it (other mods with invisible conduits do so this way, subscribe "subsurface conduit" and take a look). From my limited testing this seems to fix the issue. I'll check it out in few hours and let you know if this works as intended.
