This guide is applicable at all difficulties except for Apocalypse 4. It is still viable at Apocalypse 3, the difference is that you will build slower due to the increase construction cost.

Video was helpful and probably saved me a lot of runs figuring it out myself. Could have done without the cheesy showmanship but i'd rather put up with it than not have learned a better way to build.
