1. Install the game
2. Start the game
3. Open Cheat engine and use it on this game
4. Enable speedhack to whatever you like (max. 500)
5. Get comfortable or do something else while getting all the achievements
6. After getting all achievements you can uninstall it or actually play it.

P.S. My playtime in this according to Steam is only 22 minutes (1320 seconds). Which is way better than spending 2452 seconds.
