Navigate to C:\users\*your username*\AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\ACE COMBAT 7\Config\

Open Input.ini with the notepad, scroll down to the end and paste the following lines under the
ProductName=Cyborg V.1 line.

End result should look a little bit like this:

You can mix and match the controls however you like by editing the controls above.
Once you're done, save the changes you've made to the config file and take it to the virtual skies.

Button layout

Trigger for machinegun fire
Little button at the front of the stick is "handbrake" for post stall maneuvers and sharp turns

Notes

Note 1: The joystick "D-pad" can navigate the menus, Button 2 is forward, Trigger is back, you can use F1 on the keyboard to skip cutscenes and such. Onboard analog throttle works as intended.
Note 2: If the AppData folder is hidden, you'll have to manually set the visibility of hidden folders to show. A short google search (or any other search engine that isn't part of an evil criminal organization) should be able to help you out with that.
Note 3: Edited the front button from camera mode change to "handbrake" for post stall maneuvers and sharp turns, it's more handy that way. You can still change camera mode by hitting V on the keyboard.
