"No matter how old I get, every once in a while I like to return to the bridge of the Ebon Hawk. She was the first starship I ever "owned" in a video game and she'll always be one of my favorites."

Hyperspace seems to be somewhat calming no matter what game you play. And with how long you have it, it really feels like home. Especially if you've played the first game.

Its like returning to a place of innocent child-like curiosity and belief in a future that cannot be imagined.

I've got a different sense of nostalgia for this, since this game also taught me how to read better. I always have this feeling of the Ebon Hawk being a sort of library

@GrayFox I wouldn't include Bethesda in this list, since they are far from a witcher 3, and Bioware failed to prove they were still able to make great rpgs as well, but I would put Obsidian instead. Dontnod is a very good studio and I loved Vampyr but I don't think they could make it as wonderful and as big as what the best rpg studios could achieve. Let's hope that we'll get an official announcement of a remake soon and won't be disappointed by the studio in charge of it ( plese not ubisoft)

@Merzhin I actually 100% agree with this... As a huge RPG fan myself I could think of a few studios that could really do a great job with remastering this game, from Bethesda (only problem is their love of micro-transactions), CDPR or Bioware and a smaller studio called DONTNOD.
Don't get me wrong for a game that's over 16 years old, it's still holds up well but a remaster could bring in new players (and old back).
Great suggestion!!!!

This is one of the reasons why we need a good KOTOR remaster that would be handled by a capable studio in terms of rpg and story-telling
