you cant directly filter exclude or without, also no tag for "Profile Features Limited" or "Steam is Learning About This Game" in steam labs (Steam Store).

At the first time i bought game i dont really know those, but after i bought so many games and want to increase the number with the cheapest as possible, the number didn't increase. I have just look the history the game that i bought and open the game store page and see anything, and i notice the game had those (kind of tag).

So after i did some resource in google with the key words "how to exclude profile features limited steam game store" or "how to filter steam store without profile features limited", i ended up knowing nothing, there is no good information about that. Because i knew SteamDB for a long time, and i tried their filter seems nothing usefull after i found the filter tag that has exclude (-). So yeah it works with "exclude(-)the low confidence metric" filter OωO.

Simply to Do

The only way to filter is on third website that has the feature to filter excluded like SteamDB

Here filter exclude/without "Profile Features Limited"[steamdb.info]

"u can login to filter the game that u have or haven't or install their extension"

"or type the titles individually in steam store like i used to O⁄ ⁄ω⁄ ⁄ O。"

still not yet available to filters(without as considering feature) such a profile limited in steam. steam store filters only has feature include the tags, the feature without the tags its not there. there is no tags such a "profile features limited" or "steam is learning about this game". lastly the purposes of this guide is "to make sure u dont buy a games that didn't increase your steam profile within the lowest price of the game"
