Save file location
After you download my RAR file with save, you should go to this save file location :

C:\Users\*Username*\Saved Games\TangoGameworks

and make a backup of this folder.Then you should replace/place folder from my RAR file.
Steam cloud - disable instructions
After you have replaced/placed save folder, before opening the game you should disable Steam cloud service ( if you skip this step, save files will not work because your clouds save will overwrite new ones ).



1) Open your game library on steam, and find Evil Within game, then right click on it and select Properties.



2) In general tab, under the Steam cloud uncheck : Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for The Evil Within.
Saves and The Quick and the Dead achievement
When main menu is opened, you can load game from first save ( 4.20.29 its almost at the end of the game ) second save is from the beginning of chapter 15 ( 4.03.23 just in case : ) )

When you finish level till the credits and after it, achievement/s should pop up : )

Thanks for sharing it. It works!

For anyone having issues with the "Error when Loading Profile" message, before the main menu:

- Accept the message, it will create a new profile, and delete all the saves from the save folder.
- Close the game
- Go into the RAR save folder, go to TangoGameworks\The Evil Within\base
- Copy the "savegame" folder
- C:\Users\*Username*\Saved Games\TangoGameworks\The Evil Within\base , delete the "savegame" folder, and replace it with the one from the RAR folder (that you just copied)
- Restart the game, and now all the saves should appear in the load chapter menu
