Fracture Empire CB

Описание
This mod adds a CB allowing you to destroy an empire tier title in a war. You must be a king tier or higher ruler to use the CB, and once in the war, the only options are to win or surrender.

Changelog

Fixed the prestige cost

The AI can now use the CB. There is also now a game rule that allows you to roughly tune who the AI can use it against.

please can you do a version for kingdoms as well love this as an idea but would love to see it for kingdoms

if the emperor has a kingdom title then he keeps all the vassals other than kingdom tier vassals which are rare its an absolute work around the entire point of the cb they just form the empire again in a few years you should make it that this cb also destroys all kingdom tier titles

reminds me of the Feature from CK2 where you can pay the Chinese Emperor to use the Shatter Empire CB and join him for Grace.

Apparently the reason the AI won't use this CB is because it doesn't actually get them any land. I'll look into a workaround in the next couple of days

I just ran a game on observer mode, and I didn't see an ai use it. I will find a way to fix this later tonight :)
