Introduction
This guide is a work in progress.

Seeing the Lone Wolf passive gave me the idea to try a solo run, and I was able to beat it on my first try. So far I have completed this with the Wolf, and the Mouse, but I would imagine this would work with any race.

This game is amazing and I would love to see more come out of it. Finding new builds, race compositions, and the way this game combines it all together is really refreshing and rewarding all at once.

If you have any questions, advice, or would like to see a more fleshed out guide please leave a comment down below.
Oaths
Blood Pact, Ethereal, and Timid

If you're going to be taking Blood Pact oath, Timid goes hand in hand with it.

Ethereal is nice for thinning out your deck during combat early on. Later game, this oath doesn't impact you at all because you will have more than enough Stamina to play the cards you need.
Passives
Pick one

Nice to have

I'm trying to do a solo run but I keep getting crappy traits at level 3.
Is there a way to start with Lone Wolf?

I actually got this by accident. On my 4th run ever I think. My mouse died and my bear got lone wolf, and then I got the cultist items and equipped both. Was basically unkillable. Beat Warden first try.

Beavers have some really good passives and/or traits that Really help out. One of their traits redirects everything back. One of their passives allows for them to heal back to full vitality from any healing.

Try doing it with Blood Pact + 3 x Blood Moon + 3 x Lightweight. It's not the hardest challenge but highest by oaths multiplier. Also do the Informer quest line and beat The Prince as well, not just The Warden.
Couldn't do it without Bloodthirsty. I noticed my HP dropped by 130 on the last boss despite having 2 Withdraw skill. Used it once but might need 3 to use them every turn. But you can't use the skill without token -1 Will or Fanatic passive + Cruel Sickle weapon for infinite Will.
Also there is good combo: Brawler passive and the armor giving Anticipation every turn, so you can avoid 2 hits. Rage (bears passive) is great, especially with Lightweight oath when your defense is often broken.
Doing it solo is easier, it's harder to protect more followers.
Everything depends on how you are lucky with sorting out your deck. I played with 20-25 cards, it allowed me to use faster rotation with fewer cards of some kind. I even forfeited all my talents, they were trash

Thx man, this helped alot with the ruins. I completed a game with one mouse and got lucky with the bastion, and then the nimbel pick plus brawler which ment that if there were 3 enemys i would alway get 2 anticipate. and i used the bolster armorset so i could heal up to full health in evry match by prolonging the match for as long as i like. And one enemy could never hurt me because of the nimbel i would always have one anticipade.
