Welcome to this Workshop item.

This is a modern shops and facillties set which includes several food and drink shops as well as the following facilities:

ATM, Staff room (can hold up to 10 members and has the Learning Resources perk), Toilet, Information and First Aid.

Stats:

Piece count: 1,011 pieces.
Placement cost: 10,757.00
Running cost: Will vary by each shop/facility.
DLCs needed: See right hand side (Worlds Fair may be needed for certain shops and Vintage may be needed for the planters - Ghostbusters and Studios are required for some of the building).

Wow!!! I love the angles you're using with this blueprint! It's cohesive with your other buildings in this series, yet it stands out and is original in its own way too! I also love the ramp to make it more accessible too! Great job & keep on PlanCoing! :D
