There are three possibilities:
* You didn't put the POD in the same place as the game's executable (my bad, it seemed obvious, added that to the guide now)
* You made a typo in the file name you've entered in PCPOD.INI (if the filename is wrong, the game will crash)
* You've set a too high number in PCPOD.INI (if it tries to load more PODs than are listed, the game will crash)
