Try to follow where I go in these screenshots. Then you will know how to get to the island

Dock
If yoy folied screenshots correctly. You should be at the dock. At dock there is boat. Press E on boat
Pirate SHip
After pressing E on boat you should be in Pirate Ship.
Sterling Wheel
Click E on the sterling wheel

Now choise lost island

ALSO BEWARE
There could be a Pirate ship!
