This guide was made because I was in a hard place once upon a time, but now after a few years of self-harming and heavy substance usage, I found the help I needed. This guide is for you that is stuck in the place I was some years ago.

Why?

More and more studies are showing that kids, teenagers, and young adults are spending less time outside and socializing, which is why depression worldwide has increased this past century, as someone that was diagnosed with chronic depression I believe that the studies are somewhat true.

So what do i need to do???

Step 1

First, go to library.

Step 2

Secoundly, search and rightclick Counter-Strike Global Offensive

Step 3

Thirdly, click Manage > Uninstall

Step 4

And lastly, click Uninstall

12/10 This guide saved my life. I have clinical depression and bipolar disorder, and i've been struggling through a lot for the past year. I just can't express how much this guide helped me. It made me realise who I really am, and the fact that there is indeed a reason to live for. After reading this guide and using it in practice, I've now become a succesful businessman and have a loving girlfriend. Life couldn't be any better. And it's all thanks to you, thanks to this guide.
