Fast rank upgrade, achievement "Highest Rank" and "Radio Operator"

In this guide, I’ll show you how to get up to Rank 9 quickly and complete the "Highest Rank" achievement, which requires Rank 9, and along the way the "Radio Operator" achievement, which requires 100 correct radio status

So:
1. We going to the autobahn
2. Switch to the "Ready Car" status with the mouse, or with the sequential key combination F7►F5
3. We catch up with any car
4. We order it to stop using the F5►F6►F7 keys
5. After that, switch to the "Takeover" status by pressing F7►F7
6. After a couple of seconds, switch to the "Arrival" status by pressing F7►F8
7. After that, release the machine using the F5►F6►F7 keys
8. Switch back to the "Ready Car" status using the F7►F5 keys
9. Repeat point 2-8
10. Profit

The bottom line is that for every correct radio status switch you are given 50XP. In total, for one run, we get 150 XP, while spending 5 seconds on each run, which allows us to quickly gain rank and get achievements.

pizzapoke29083, when you get on the autobahn, drive up behind the car. A large green triangle will appear on the car (this means that all operations will be applied to this car, then you press F5 (Functions), then F6 (Police tools)
