Probably the Colonial Charter Mod, maybe a few others, but CC has a ton of custom scenery and objects in itself. If you haven't been playing Banished with CC, totally get it. It's very expansive collection of smaller mods. Only mod you really need. Also will make you appreciate this picture more.
