my mother did this meal only few times. In 80ˇis n CSSR was beef ( that kind in recepie ) so rare in store :-) Only butchers and people on black market could buy it :-(( We mostly time eats shitty pork and chicken met.... Only what was alll the time avaible was bones :-). So only GOTTWALD could eat this every day :-)
