This guide provides a full walkthrough of the game, including indications on how to obtain all the achievements in a single playthrough, together with solutions to the puzzles.
The game has a save feature - my advice is to save at the beginning of each chapter so you can go back easily and obtain the achievements that you missed.
Marked with a red circle are the collectible creatures and with a green square are the items you need to click for some of the achievements.
For a certain achievement you are required to talk to all the NPCs / creatures. The guide should mention all of these, but keep an eye out in case I might have missed one.

The Sacred Engine
Click on the radio.
As Cubus, lift the crate and free the dog.
Click on the claw.

A Claw

Transform back into the girl and click on the creature at the door.

Get the stone back
Go to the left screen.

Click on the lever to turn on the machine.
Transform into Cubus and pick up the metal pipe from up the hill. Place it on the conveyor belt.
Pick up the weight and put it on the conveyor belt.
Pick up the gemstone.

Go back to the main screen.
Place the newly acquired gemstone in the shrine.
Press only the following levers (numbered from left to right): 1, 2, 4
A bridge is lowered and you can go now to the right screen.


Find the BeeCopter
🔴 Collectible creature 3/23


Open the metal flower, one petal at a time.


Find Juncle
Interact with the console and summon the bees.
Their positions are random, apart from the first one.
One is sitting on a liana, a second one will be revealed if you shoot the big purple creature with eyes (on the left) and the third one is hiding in a wooden box on the rightmost tree (it has yellow corners).
This is how it looked for me:

Open the molelock
🔴 Collectible creature 4/23


Transform into Cubus and pick up the glass bowl. Click on the fireflies to catch them (you'll need to position yourself so that your arm can grab them mid-flight).
When you have all 5 collected, attach the jar to the lamp-like plant.

For unlocking the door, you will need to select the appropriate button and mole color in order to fill the holes in the ground. Look at the color on the label and match it with the mole color, together with the pattern on the 3 buttons.
For an achievement, try all the combinations, even if they won't fill a hole.

Solve the puzzle:



Win a fight
Go inside the house.
Talk to the uncle. You'll need to find a picture.

Pick up the glass shard (inside the feeding bowl (on the left). Also click on the dog house, the dog will extend its paw.
Talk to the big creature. It needs you to find its eye.

Click the door to go one screen to the right.
Talk to the painting and pick up the glass shard.


Go one screen to the right and place the drawers like this:


This will reveal the secret side of the fireplace.
Click on the mouse and while it goes to the right (and the owl's beam follows it), steal the glove.


For an achievement, try to use the glove on the paw sticking out from the first screen.

A Glove
Try to apply the glove on a hand

Go back one screen before the fireplace and click on the wooden door to go up.
Go left, try to move towards the glass shard. You will fall.

Fall
Fall down

Go back up, but this time transform into Cubus and use the wooden plank to create a bridge. Pick up the glass shard and the oxygen tank part (on the teapot).
Pick up the plank again and place it so that you can reach the bookshelf of the left. Pick up the red book from the top shelf.
Go right, pick up the glass shard and solve the glass shard puzzle, reassemble the oxygen tank and use it, then use the glove and the book (all 3 together) to defeat your enemy.


Go upstairs on the elevator
Go all way back to the entrance and give the eye to the creature.
Press the following stones:
Orange (left), green, orange (middle), pink.
The creature will drop an object that you can give to the dog with the grey paw (on the left).
This will enable the elevator.


Find a picture

Use the light switch and go through the door. Pick up the fuel cannister.
Go back one screen, use the cannister to refuel the helicopter then click on it.
Pick up the scissors. Go one screen right and cut the flower, then place it up top.
Use the pump multiple times (hold the mouse button and drag up and down) until you see the light dots all over the cable length.
Climb on the right to grab the picture.
The Broker's Home
🔴 Collectible creature 7/23


Talk to The broker.
Pick up the pot (on top of the cage).
Use the vending machine 4 times and pick up the costume.


Pass the doorman
Go right.
🔴 Collectible creature 8/23


Talk to the doorman (you need to click on the black door to get to him).
Set the levers accordingly (to fry the mousey creature).
Go right on the stairs, pick up the chair.
Transform into Cubus. Pick up the glass bowl, deposit it below the barrel.
Pick it up again, deposit it below the shelves and press the perfume bottle.
Move it back to the spot below the barrel.
Now go through the black door (marked with a green arrow in the picture above). Place the costume on the support and then the glass bowl.


Find the first ticket
Go into the theatre and talk to the creature.


Lift the curtain and rotate the pieces of the wall puzzle until they orient the right way.
Then go right to the stage and click the background until to find one fitting, then the handing decorations.
Pick up your first ticket.


Find the second ticket
Go back to the previous room place the dry the wet ticket (from your inventory) under the hairdryer.


Sneak past the watchman
From the entrance, go left.

Allow the samurai to spot you 5 times.

Stealth Master
Let the Samurai to spot you 5 times

Pick up the trophy.
As Cubus, pick up the trampoline and move it one spot to the left.
Transform into the girl and jump on it. Wait for the samurai to get past you towards the right, then jump down, transform into Cubus and pick up the trampoline again.
Move it one spot to the left, jump on it to avoid getting spotted.
When the samurai leaves, throw the vase into the unstable pile of objects.
Repeat to times more with the trophy and the chair, always jumping on the trampoline in between.
Then pick up the red chili pepper on top of the pile.
Using Cubus move the trampoline one step at a time, jumping on it afterwards until you reach the far right. Put the chili pepper in the grinder and wait till the samurai aproaches.
Pick up the magnet that he drops.


Find the third ticket
Use the magnet to open the metal door.
Pick up the ticket.


Open the safe
Pick up the keys (hanging on the side of the bathtub) and use them to open the cage. Jump on the bicycle.
Repeat 2 more times for an achievement.

Marathon
Make the trader to run 3 times

Now use the tickets to open the safe. Pick up the toolbox.
The Stranger
Help the snail
🔴 Collectible creature 10/23


Talk to the snail.
As Cubus, remove the metal plate covering the music machine.
Pick up the parts (trumpet, screw, chimney) and assemble the machine (place the items one by one; when they are in the correct spot they will make a specific sound).


Lower the pipe on top of the snail.


Mix the correct potion
🔴 Collectible creature 11/23


Pick up the vial and the water jar.
Talk to the prisoner. he will tell you the correct combination.
Click on the frog and then on the fly 3 times until the frog grabs all the leaves from the bush.
Pick up the berries.

For an achievement, you will need to first give a wrong potion to the prisoner.
When filling the vial, avoid the following combination of ingredients: orange (red + yellow, boiling) - green (yellow + blue, not boiling) - red (not boiling).

Overcooked
Give the wrong potion to the prisoner

Let's create the correct potion now.
Fill the vial with the following combination: orange (red + yellow, boiling) - green (yellow + blue, not boiling) - red (not boiling).


Stop the feeding
Turn the water red (rightmost light bulb).
prepare the potion: blue (not boiling) - red (boiling) - black (red + yellow + blue, boiling)
Place the berries, the water jar and the potion in the cauldron.

Talk to the snail again.

Rescue the band

Solve the maze puzzle then click on the weight of the centrifuge to turn on the middle symbol of the stone.
Click on the left of the barrels to activate the rightmost symbol of the stone.
Click on the tuning fork in the following order: left - right - right - left - left - right.
Pick up the pot.
Climb on the left vases and use the pot to cover the flower.
After you free the band member, click below him to activate the leftmost symbol on the stone.
The First Totem (The Illusionist)

Talk to both creatures.


Solve the puzzle
Assuming that the moving blocks are numbered from 1 to 4 (left to right), click them in the following order: 2 2 1 3 4 3 2 1 4 3 4 2 1


Talk to the spirits
You'll have to light up all the symbols; if you're not fast enough, they will turn off, but they will be clickable again at the end of the sequence.


Escape from the hammers
The first 2 stages are pretty easy, during the third stage you will have to be quick; if the square you're on starts to change color towards dark green, move immediately.


Start the main event
Insert the correct code on the cannon based on the signs that are painted on the 3 tents.

Build a bridge
Talk to the creature.
On the rocks you can see some wooden supports. You will need to click on the flower and shoot the flies. Time it so that they drop the sticks that they carry onto the wooden supports, like so:


Use the newly built bridge to reach the areas where a carrot is sticking out. Collect both of them then go to the right screen. Click on any of the 9 birds for an achievement.


Birds
Click on any of 9 birds

Pick up the mask from the ground and the carrot.
Click on the totem (the black thing) and then talk to the witch.


Make it big
Feed the 3 carrots to the lizard.

Solve the water puzzle the wash the mask with the water from the stream.
Try to go into the fog 5 times for an achievement.

Stubbornness
Go 5 times into the fog

Go back to the scene with the lizard, use the mask on the wooden panel. Select thesunglasses and the gas mask then press the button at the bottom of the screen to pick up the mask.
Now go back to the left scene, you will be able to go through the fog.
As Cubus, remove the branches on your path and pick up the umbrella.


Make it scary
Go to the scene with the witch and place the mask on the wooden panel. Also place the dragon teeth there. Select the round eyes and the dragon teeth to assemble a mask. Place it on the lizard.


Make it fly
Attach the umbrella to the lizard.
The Third Totem

Time travel
Rotate the clock hands counter-clockwise to time travel to the past.
IMPORTANT: some players mentioned that they didn't get the "Good Talk" achievement (Talk with all characters) unless they ALSO talked to the painter NPC in the past. Please make sure to do so, just in case.
Click on the valves and on the lever.
Go back to the present, you will see some changes in the scene.

Rotate the clock hands clockwise to time travel to the future.

Back to the Future
Move from the past to the future

Click on the white flower.
Go left.

Talk to the captain and one of the pirates. He wants a spoon.


Rescue the heads
Go back to the present and then on the left screen.
Talk to the cup girl and to the pipe-like creature. Click on the other pipe headto reveal a puzzle.
Solving it will allow you to cross to the other side. Talk to the third pipe head. It needs a bandaid.

Pick up the lollipop and give it to the first pipe head then pick up the cloth and use it on the third pipe head.
Pick up the spoon.

Gather the pirates' crew
Go back to the future.
Click on the teapot so that it moves to the left on the screen.
Now give the spoon to the pirate.

Plop
Drop the pirate into the water

Now move the teapot back to the original position and give the spoon to the pirate.
Click on the portal behind him to teleport to the other side and talk to the blue pirate.
Move the tea pot then push him down. Continue using the teleporters and make sure to talk to the pirates first.
When the bird is next to the pirate with the red coat on the left, move the teapot to the right and teleport there. This will make the bird go to the pirate with the hat (top right) and they will both jump in the teapot.
For the last pirate, grab the spiral next to the right stairs and use it to hypnotize him.
Pick up the coin.
Go one screen to the right and give the coin to the metal flower.
Pick up the golden key and use it to open the wooden door.
Grab the coffee.


Power up the cicada
Go back to the present and give the coffee to the cicada.


Calm the mammoth

Talk to the mammoth.
Click on each of the musicians once.
Repeat this another 4 times (you will see that they change the music when all of them have the same rhythm).

Dance
Listen to all the musicians tracks

Go to the right screen.
Talk to the elevator guy.

Pick up the torch (left of the elevator, on the wall).
Go back one screen,


Melt the ice down
Use the torch to light up the 3 fires and then click on the musicians. The ice will melt and the wolf creature will be released.
Climb on the mammoth and pick up the crank for the elevator (the mammoth has to be sleeping - select the fitting tune by clicking on the musicians).

Go back to the right screen.


Reach the bottom floor
Give the crank to the elevator guy.
Go all way down and press all 3 levers.

You'll need to bring down the sheep, the wolf and the radish while not keeping together the wolf and the sheep or the sheep and the radish.
First, go back up and again down (leaving the wolf, the sheep and the radish together) for an achievement.
If it does not trigger, try to fail the minigame (move the sheep and radish for example) and then go down again, leaving those 3 up-top.

Meal
Let them eat

Move the sheep from top to bottom.
Move the wolf from top to bottom, but take the sheep back up with you.
Move the radish from top to bottom but leave the sheep up.
Finally, bring the sheep from top to bottom.


Open the frozen door
Talk to the NPC.

While at it, pick up the icicle.
Go through the black door. Transform into Cubus, pick up the stone on the right and move it on the left at the base of the pillar. You can now climb up and select the appropriate symbol.
In order to climb the right pillar, use the icicle from your inventory. You'll need two in order to reach the top: pick up the one you're not currently standing on and move it one step up.
Arrange the symbols as follows: right pillar - deer head, bottom pillar - wolf head, left pillar - boat.
Radio Cannon
Radio

Go through the dark opening below the house.
The big tank can contain 5 units of fuel, the small one 3. The balloon needs exactly 4 units.
Pull the lever to fill the big tank.
As Cubus, place the big tank on the left side of the machine and the small tank on the right. Press the button to transfer 3 units of fuel.
Take the small tank and place it far left to fill thebaloon up with 3 units of fuel. It won't work, but at least you now have an empty tank.
Place the small tank back on the right side of the machine and transfer the 2 leftover units of fuel from the big one.
Then refill the big one and transfer 1 unit to the small one.
In the end the big one will contain 4 units.
Place the big tank on the left and press the button.
Take the big tank and place it on the far left support.


Amplifier
Go to the right screen.
Crawl through the opening and solve the mirrors puzzle.


Arrange the 3 light beams as follows (there are 3 combinations in total):






Satellite dish
Go to the next screen on the right.
Talk to the NPC.

Naturalist
Collect all creatures

If you talked to all the NPCs, you should receive the following achievement now:

Good Talk
Talk with all characters

Use the gear in your inventory on the empty spot of the machine on the right and solve both left side and right side puzzles:





Wire
Interact with the machine on the left. If you need more time to complete the puzzle, a trick is to tab out of the game (you will still be able to see the 3 rightmost wires).

Go back to the main screen of the area and assemble the radio cannon.

Create the radio gun

Shoot the stranger.

Achievement: Happy end
Complete the game

Hello Lilly
Do you have the save files of TOHU? I can´t unlock the last achiev and I did everything. I talked with all the NPCS if I am not wrong.

@Taerdin i still had to complete thr game to the last NPC (in the Guide Section for "Satelite Dish" to get the Achievement, i just had savefiles set right before the 9 flies, where i could start from (instead of starting from scratch). Hope you will get your achievement!.The Achievements only count creature/NPC that were collected/talked to in the exact savefile savefile you are playing (not over multiple playthroughs) if i understand things corectly.

I also did not get the "talk to all NPC" Achievement after my initial Playthrough. Thankfully i had made savefiles and after clicking all 9 flies (probably not what fixed my problem) and talking to the painter in the past (what probably was the problem) i finally got the Achievement. I do think the painter (NPC in "the past" in the "Third totem" section) is needed for the achievement.

I followed the guide step by step and could get all the achievements.

@Taerdin, I think the guide doesn't mention it, but in the part of the third totem, if you travel to the past, there is a painter. This may be the NPC you need; I didn't see it mentioned in the guide.

@Hircine: Have you followed the guide step-by-step and you didn't get the achievement? I am pretty sure that I mentioned that you need to "Talk to" a creature every time it was needed, so I was wondering if there could be creatures that I missed?
