So it's time to que up for a mission, should you go solo or team up with a squad? This is a question I often find myself asking my Warframe when I'm looking for a mission to run.

This may also be a question that beginning players to WarFrame may ask themselves. They may also be quick to have an opinion on this, based on their experiences with their first few missions.

Solo play is great, especially at the tutorial levels, for playing at your own pace. If you are new to the game and rush through missions in a squad, you may not fully get the grasp on the game mechanics.

Running solo is also great for resource harvesting, and treasure hunting, as you won't have people impatiently waiting at extract for you to get there, and you won't be pulled from the game after the timer when you have eyes on a prize.

Squad play is for strength in numbers to take down difficult targets and for stacking bonuses to make surviving and completing missions easier.

A good time to roll with a squad is when you are taking down assassination targets, or bosses, which tend to be more difficult. Another great example would be to team up on a sentinel in the Plains of Eidolon.

Did you last que for a solo run or a squad mission? It doesn't hurt to check before you que for your next mission. You may be totally on your own if you forgot to toggle the que for a squad, or get unexpected visitors assuming that you qued for a solo mission.
