Optimal settings for Low PC Builds (Balancing Quality, Rendering & Performance Stability)
By MahouKurein
Basically my PC respects the bare minium for this game, we know that currently its optimization is not at its finest but after having tried many different compositions through the options I've found this settings that respected the quality while maintining performance stability.

Pros:
Decent Quality & Rendering (1080p)
Perfect Performance (in one world)
Stable Performance (in duo reality)

Cons:
Textures loading (for the first time only)
Lags in new areas (for the first loading)
Extremely rare stuttering (for half a second, it's kinda imperceptible)

Here's what you can try:

Library: DX12

Go to Settings, then Display:

Resolution: 1920x1080
Full Screen: on
HDR: off
Raytracing: off
Quality: custom
V sync: off
Max FPS: Unlimited

Advanced:

Base Quality: high
Antialiasing: TXAA
FidelityFX Sharpening: 100%
Fedility Upscaling: 100%
Shadow Quality: low
Texture Quality: high
SSAO: on
SSR: on
SSS Quality: high
Separate Trasluncency: off
LPV: on
Effects Quality: high
Shaders Quality: low
MotionBlur: off
Lens Flare: low

@KUREINKLEIN, thank you, its normally at 30fps but this game dropped to 8 not sure why. I'll have a fiddle. Really appreciate you getting back to me.

@krolee14 8 fps is really bad, sadly. You can try switching the options but dx11 should be the best one, but if fps is this low I don't think there's much you can do. Of course, as basic, try to lower to the lowest settings every option you can.

Hi I am new to all this my fps is at 8 is that good or bad, seems like really good graphics, when I started the games it asked me to run dx11 or dx12, I picked 11 should I change that?

The works well for me after some slight calibration on my 7+ year old computer.
I'm running it on an SSD separate from the OS.
All I needed to set was shadows to medium and FX sharpening to full.
I have it set at 30fps as I'm happy with that, been playing on PS4 for years, so I'm used to that.
Specs:
Intel i7 4th gen, 32GB ram, 970GTX 4GB, and SSD.

@Samodelkin! My PC build is perfectly in the bare minium expectation, aside the CPU which is actually even lower, It did work for me. I finished the game with not much problems!

Yeah, I've tinkered with the settings before. The best I've got 50 fps at static scenes and 20-25 during split screen, with occasional 15 fps drops. The game itself is not optimized well. Your guide might be fine but it's not for a developer's minimum requirements PC build :2016imnotcrying:

@Samodelkin! That's weird! Have you tried to enable/disable V-Sync? Also, have you lowered Shadow/Shaders/Lens quality?

Great guide! My fps went from 25 to 14 :lunar2019crylaughingpig:
