Rest for the Weary

Adds a new Schedule block type, the Finish-Up block, during which Duplicants may finish their current Work errand but may not start new work chores. If scheduled just before Downtime, this schedule block will drastically reduce the number of interrupted chores. When finished with their task, Duplicants will head back to the colony core in preparation for downtime.

• Adds a new schedule block for Finish-Up time, intended to be placed at the end of Work schedule blocks to let Duplicants finish their current task.
  
• Duplicants will return to a valid Recreation Room or the Printing Pod if they have no remaining Work tasks, but they will not use this time to Eat, Sleep, or use Recreation buildings.
  
• During Yellow Alert or Red Alert, Duplicants will treat Finish-Up as Work time.
