You need these:

Pattern: Terror [This is a Gage shotgun pack Item sadly...]
Material: Plastic Black OR You can go for Plastic Hood [Sadly plastic hood requires level 23 of Infamy...]




Select the Retro Dallas (Or Retro Chains) mask from your inventory and click on "Customize Mask".
Then select the Plastic Black / Plastic Hood material.
Then select the "Terror" pattern.
Select White as your first color and Red as your second color.



The results are not that far apart from one another, plastic hood just produces a more steep black color on the eye holes.
