There's only one possible solution to this. Those aren't stars. They're eyes. Watching. Ever felt like someone's watching you over your shoulder in game? I know I have! But when I turn around, there's no one there!

The stars that are moving are trying to stay alive in the milky way. The stars that stood still too long all died already.

What I don't understand is why there are stars that are stationary and stars that move at night?
