Fuzed AP Shell Head

Adds a new shell head which is expensive but combines the functionality of a penetration depth fuse with an enhanced AP head.

The new shell head has the following modifiers:
Relative Ammo Cost: 5.0
Speed Modifier: 2.5
Kinetic Damage Modifier: 2.5
Armor Piercing Modifier: 3.0


The shell cap has a built-in penetration depth fuse set to 0.01s time after impact, and 10m of penetration depth. It will override the settings of any additional penetration depth fuses.

This shell head will be overpowered if you use it for purely kinetic rounds, it is instead meant to allow a given APHE shell to have more payload compared to an AP head.
