Introduction
In order to collect several achievements in Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock, you will need to collect all of the Doctor's hats, as well as all of River Song's diary pages. Hats appear in hat boxes, whilst diary pages appear as River's iconic TARDIS pattern diary.

Unfortunately, hats and diary pages do not appear in the correct order throughout the game, which can make it difficult to know which ones you have collected.

This guide will help you find all 40 hats and all 40 diary pages.

Part 1: Stormy Beginnings
In this Level -
Doctor's Hats: 5
Diary Pages: 0


Hat #1 – You can see this just above you when you’re given the crawl tutorial. Continue on for now until you unlock a door and head down a ladder. Press the first button here, and then go back up the ladder and use the new set of crates to jump up and to the right. Shimmy along the pipe attached to the ceiling and when you reach the end of the pipe, the hat will be below you.

Hat #7 – Return to where you pressed the button and continue on. Instead of jumping across the next gap, drop down into it, and then crawl to the right. You’ll pass through a barred area and this hat will be at the end.

Hat #2 – Continue past the section where the Doctor makes remarks about gold bullion and Escher. As you climb down the next ladder, jump to your right into the gap halfway down, and then crawl over the small wall here to find the next hat at the bottom of an elevator shaft.

Hat #33 – You’ll see this one before Hat #3, but you can’t get it until after. Once you get up to the area with the gold bullion and push it off, jump up to grab onto another pipe. Shimmy all the way across and this hat is your prize.

Hat #29 – After pushing the gold bullion down through the grate, you’ll be in a sewer. From your landing area, head to the left and jump over the crypt to find this next hat in the far corner.
Part 2: Stormcage Breakout
In this Level -

Page 1, Bottom Right – Immediately as the level begins, head to the far left and this is in front of you.

Page 2, Top Left – After climbing up your first ladder, head to the right, past the guard and over a second ladder. This is on the right.

Page 2, Top Right – Immediately after the section in which you must follow a guard to pass three green security lights, jump up onto the small ledge in front of you.

Page 2, Bottom Left – When you finally escape and River says she can use the Vortex Manipulator, continue on to the right instead to find this one at the end.
Part 3: London Underground
In this Level -

Hat #20 – After climbing the first object, crawl under the gap right in front of you on the right and this is in front of a control panel.

Page 7, Top Left – Next to the bridge controls that River and the Doctor must operate together, drop down to the left. Jump to the right from this lower platform and you’ll grab this one.

Hat #10 – Just before the Cybermen reveal, there’s a ladder. Climb down it to find a control console, and head to the far right of it. Crawl under the small gap and this is in front of you.

Page 1, Top Left – You’ll see this one just after the Cybermen are revealed, but you won’t be able to get it until you’ve descended a long ladder after the perspective changes. At the bottom, head all the way to the left and grab this one.

Hat #23 – After the Doctor tells River that they need to split up to find the switches, climb the long ladder to the first platform and head left. This is in plain sight.

Page 1, Top Right – After riding atop a lift, climb the fans to the top and head left for this next one.

Hat #22 – When you escape into a new section, head left straight away and this one is in front of you.

Page 1, Bottom Left – When being pursued by Cybermen, after the second wall you must boost over, drop down into the gap where there are two consoles. This is between them.

Hat #24 - Still being pursued by Cybermen, you will have to hold a console to allow River to shimmy across a pipe, and then she will do the same for you. This will happen three times, and at the third set of consoles, drop down and grab this one.

Page 9, Bottom Left – In the room with the switchboard that the Doctor must use to return power to the railway tracks River needs to use to hold off the Cybermen. It’s to the left of the console.
Part 4: City Streets
In this Level -

Page 5, Top Left – Once you get up onto the roof in 1892, after playing with the remote control platform, head all the way to the right. This should be where the Doctor has a coughing fit due to the London air.

Page 10, Bottom Left – Shimmy down the pipe to the left of the above page, and this is on your left at the bottom.

Hat #9 – Can’t miss this. Back inside after the previous diary page, climb the first ladder and head right into the office. Right next to the hat stand the Doctor likes.

Page 2, Bottom Right – After the hat, you’ll find another platform you can control, with a crate on. Take it to ground level, and use the crate to climb over the large stack of crates to the right. Drop down and grab this.

Page 3, Top Left – When you find the door to enter the sewer, run across it to the right and grab this one next to the pub.

Hat #14 – When you find the blueprints for the gas pipes, run past them to the right and nab this.

Hat #19 – Back as River, the Cybermen will break the glass stopping you from picking up the Hat and Diary Page that you saw right at the beginning of the level. Pick these up when there are no Cybermen around.

Page 5, Top Right – On the right, behind the glass that the Cybermen break on their way through.

Page 5, Bottom Left – In the control room on the top floor, the Cybermen will break the glass on the way through so you can get at this one before the puzzle.

Page 3, Top Right – Once you have control of The Doctor again and head into the construction site, don’t use the lift but instead run to the right corner and this will be in front of you.

Hat #3 – After the diary page above, head up a level in the lift, and then climb up a third level. Head all the way to the left here, ignoring all the platforms above you, and climb the rack at the end for this next hat.

Hat #21 – Can’t miss this, right in your path after crossing the long girder between buildings and climbing up one step.
Part 5: Ninth Legion Cyberfactory
In this Level -

Page 6, Top Left – At the first pipe, unlock the bottom door and shimmy down. Follow the path down, dodging the Cybermats, and when you reach a section with a Cybermat crawling along the surface of a block, with another pipe to your left, drop down and crawl to the right.

Hat #26 - As River, climb up the pipe that the Doctor shimmied down. At the top, crawl to the left until you see another pipe leading up, dodging the Cybermats along the way. Climb up this pipe and jump across the blocks, dodging more Cybermats, to find this hat at the end.

Page 6, Top Right – When you reach the Cyberplanner just after fleeing from the hordes of Cybermen, run around the platform you’re on until you pick this up.

Hat #17 – When the Doctor and River must split up again, on the descent downwards, you should see a hat to your left, and a diary page to your right, after the level with the two Cybermen. If not, move around to the other pipe that lets you climb downwards, and you should see it. Dodge the Cybermats and leap up to this one.

Page 6, Bottom Right – On the same level as the previous hat. Return to the pipe to the right of the hat, and climb the little staircase with Cybermats on it. At the top, drop down and crawl back to the left to get this one.

Page 6, Bottom Left – On the ascent upwards, you should see this once you reach the level before the console, the one with all the Cybermats on. Head around the platform to the pipe you’re meant to climb up in order to continue, and jump up the small stair-like platform to the left of the pipe. Follow the narrow passage all the way around and you will pick up this page.
Part 6: Old London Bridge
In this Level -

Hat #13 – At the second set of waterwheels where River holds the switch to allow you to cross, grab this one as you jump between the two wheels.

Page 8, Bottom Left – After the hat, you’ll head inside and the Doctor will talk about kegs. Ignore the ladder in here and continue to the right and grab this one outside.

Page 3, Bottom Right – Go up the ladder you ignored, and another ladder to your left. At the top of this second ladder, go right and this one is in the corner.

Hat #16 – Once you solve the puzzle of the pressure plates to open the door, head through and run all the way to the left for another hat.

Hat #36 – When you use the lift in the top of building with the pressure plates to descend to a new building, immediately drop down to your right and head left. This is in front of you.

Hat #32 – After the above hat, move through the house. At the other end, you’ll see a platform and a ladder. Jump onto the platform and use the sonic screwdriver to send it across to the right. Use the sonic screwdriver to open the door here and run all the way through the house to grab this hat at the end.

Page 3, Bottom Left – Return to the moving platform and ride it back to the left. Drop down the ladder here and run under the little wooden structure to your right. This is underneath.

Hat #27 – You’ll end up back at the bridge you couldn’t cross at the beginning of the level, and after crossing it, you’ll find a building. Head inside and all the way to the right, past some more lift controls, and this is here.

Hat #11 - After a quick stop off in the TARDIS, you’ll end up back in the 16th Century. After the TARDIS disappears again, head to the left to where it was standing, and this hat is yours.
Part 7: Somewhere in Victorian London
In this Level -

Hat #25 – Enter the Church at the beginning of this level, climb the ladder straight away and this is in front of you.

Hat #34 – In the sewer, you’ll shut down the steam pipes using numerous consoles. When you get to the far right of the sewer, head up and there’s a console here. Solve the puzzle and then jump up to the left and pipe crawl along between two blocks. Drop down between them and you’ll land on the hat. You’ll probably see this one as you run under it.

Page 8, Top Right – Once you finally get the sonic screwdriver back, use it to move the platform just to the right of the angel statue to the bottom floor. Follow it down and pull the crate on the right onto the platform, and then move it back to the top level. Jump on the crate and leap to the steel structure on your right, and this is on top.

Page 8, Top Left – Once you have the sonic screwdriver, return to the alley you first arrived in. To the far right is a door. Use the sonic screwdriver to open it. Go inside, dodge the Silurian and solve the puzzle to turn the steam off. Go back outside, and right by the door is a pipe you can climb up. Do so, and go into the window at the top. Jump across the platforms and drop down the other side. Under the platform on the far right is this page.

Hat #18 - Return to the sewers after you’ve retrieved your sonic screwdriver and open the gate below the switch you need two characters to open. Use the lift here to go down, and then drop down. As you run forward, you’ll see the next hat. Avoid the Silurian and grab it.

Page 7, Bottom Left – Can’t miss this. You’ll find a console you need two characters to operate, and a locked door to your right. Open it with the screwdriver and run further right, past a ladder, to find this in front of another door.
Part 8: Somewhere in Elizabethan London
In this Level -

Page 4, Top Left – As soon as you regain control of River, head all the way to the left and grab this one.

Page 7, Top Right – Once you find the second building in this area you can enter, which is the building with the sonic screwdriver inside, head right of the opening and grab this one in the corner.

Page 4, Bottom Left – Inside the building with the sonic screwdriver, run all the way to the right and it’s in the corner on the ground floor.

Page 4, Bottom Right – Once you leave the building with the sonic screwdriver through the top exit, head all the way to the right. You’ll see a ladder inside another stone tower. Jump right from the top of the ladder and backwards and forwards across some ledges in the walls in order to find this diary page right at the top.

Page 5, Bottom Right – After the first Stasis Field puzzle in the Silence Ship, jump up the next level and head right. This is on the end of the platform.

Page 4, Top Right – After the second Stasis Field puzzle in the Silence Ship, head to the left. This is right next to a Silent sitting on the floor, unmoving.
Part 9: Love A Tomb!

Part 10: Deep Beneath The Earth

Page 9, Bottom Right – Immediately as you begin the level there will be a gap you need to cross. Drop into it instead and grab this page.

Hat #30 – After crossing the bridge with River’s help, aim up with the sonic screwdriver and unlock the grate, releasing the ladder. Climb up, and boost River up the left wall. Join her at the top, shimmy along the pipe and drop down at the end to pick this hat up.
Part 11: Future London
In this Level -

Hat #28 – As soon as the level begins, climb up to your left and aim the sonic screwdriver at the grate in the top right corner. River should shoot it out, and you can then shimmy along the pipe to the right. Jump across the platforms, dodging the waste, and this hat is at the end.

Page 8, Bottom Right – Continue on through the level until you find a red ladder on the left. Don’t go up it, jump to the platform on the right, dodging the waste, and then right again into a ledge on the wall. Jump back to the left and you should pick this up.
Part 12: 545 Years Earlier
In this Level -

Page 9, Top Right – When you reach the first ladder in this level, climb down it and run to the left, jumping over a small crate. This is here on the left.

Hat #31 – When you climb the second ladder in this level, climb it all the way to the top and go to the left. Jump across a lot of platforms, backtracking the way you came, and you will land on this hat on your way. You’ll see this as the level opens, but won’t be able to get it until now.

Hat #5 – Continuing on from the above hat, you’ll unlock a deadbolted door and this hat will be right in front of you. Alternatively, if you go right from the second ladder in the level, you’ll run into this, but won’t be able to get through the deadbolted door. Either way, you can’t miss this.

Page 10, Bottom Right – When you’re heading towards the portcullis you raised, you’ll jump across a gap between a stone wall and a lot of brown boxes. Drop down the gap between these and this page will be yours.
Part 13: Strategic Withdrawal
In this Level -

Hat #8 - On the top level of the dilapidated building, you’ll have to dodge two red and one blue Dalek. You’ll see this hat floating above a section you can crawl under. Dodge or stun the Daleks and then jump up to grab it when the coast is clear.

Page 9, Top Left – On the level with the second console you must activate, head all the way left from the lift and this is in the corner.
Part 14: Old St. Pauls
In this Level -

Hat #40 – Pretty much unmissable. As you’re climbing around the scaffolding in St. Pauls, you’ll drop down one level and this hat will be behind you on the left.

Page 10, Top Left – When you climb up a ladder after the previous hat, head to the left. Crawl under the block here, and then wall jump backwards and forwards to see this diary page hanging in mid-air. Jump from the right side and you’ll pick it up.

Hat #4 – Continue on through the scaffolding until you drop down over a wall you can’t climb back over. Follow the planks around to the right, drop down one level, continue on to the right, and drop down again. There will be a gap to your left which you should drop down. You should be on a platform with a crawlspace to your left, and another gap to your right. Drop down here to pick up this hat. This is another one that you’ll see earlier in the level but be unable to get until now.
Part 15: Silence Time Capsule
In this Level -

Part 16: Inside The Time-Lock
In this Level -

Hat #38 – When you push a block down from one level to the ground floor, drop off after it and use the block to jump up to this hat, which is on a platform to the right.

Hat #12 – Go all the way to the left on the ground floor of the beginning of this level, jumping over a block. This one is next to a frozen Cyberman.

Hat #6 – This will be in a section in which you must dodge one red Dalek in order to access a security terminal. You will crawl along one level, and then climb up to the second level and work your way back towards the console. On your way, this hat will be on top of one of the blocks you can crawl under to hide from the Dalek.

Hat #15 – After the above section, you will leave through the security gate. Jump across to your left and this hat will be visible on top of a box to your left. Climb the nearby ladder and jump off to the left and you’ll pick this up.

Page 10, Top Right – After returning to the TARDIS and leaving again, you’ll reappear back in time-locked London. Head left once the TARDIS disappears and hop over the wall, dodging the Dalek to pick this up.

Hat #39 – After your ride in the service elevator, drop down to your left and run into the shadows. You’ll get this one if you go far enough left.
Part 17: Dalek Command Node
In this Level -

Hat #37 - Inside the Dalek ship, you will see this behind a laser field, to the left of the first alarm console you set off. Once you hack the console that the Scientist Dalek was protecting, you can run back to get this on your way to the next floor.
Part 18: Dalek Flagship

Hat #35 - After using the Dalek Transmat, head to the left and this one will be on the path.

Thanks for the guide. I found a small inaccuracy so far during my playthrough. Hat #11 listed on Part 6: Old London Bridge does not exist. Also there seems to be a hat not listed on Part 4: City Streets which can be found in the air by standing on the large metal girder that you use to bridge the two buildings. I assume for whatever reason the hat was moved between levels. Part 4 has a total of 13 collectibles and Part 6 has 8 collectibles.
