VHS Tape:

In the toilet at the end of Lucy's chapter

Mask Piece:

Hint:

After watching this tape, If you haven't gotten the door handle for the trap door. Go to the room above the garage and go into the secret room to the right (behind the tool boxes you have move) and open the box on the right.

Now you can go to the trap door which is located in the basement where the manikins are

Behind the door of the boiler room sitting on a cardboard, which is in the basement to the left of the TV

Mask Piece:

Hint:

After watching this tape, you'll want to go back to the room you found it in. Use the step ladder to access the vent.

Prision

VHS Tape:

On the floor at the end of Rakan's Chapter

Mask Piece:

Hint:

After watching this tape, go to the basement where the manikin's are and walk back towards the kitchen through the hallway. A light will flicker, turn around go backwards

Negligence

VHS Tape:

In the parents bedroom on the ground behind the door. You'll have to go through the joint closet from Lucy's room, since the parents door is jammed

Mask Piece:

Hint:

After watching this tape, go to the TV area in the basement and look at the paintings on the wall to the left of it

Indifference

VHS Tape:

In the draw between the 2 doors that lead to the basement from the kitchen and hallway

Mask Piece:

Hints:

After watching this tape, go to the 6 places in the hints and pick up the picture frames (electronic room, basement freezer room, parents closet, progress room, basement storage room, chair area opposite the laundry) and take them to the basement from main entrance. the wall is in front of the staircase end (stripped wall)

Addiction

In the second drawer bellow the basement rules noticeboard in the basement

Hint:

After watching this tape, go to the parents bedroom through Lucy's room. The bed will have disappeared and a whole in the floor will have appeared with a ladder.

Affliction

In the bookcase near the start of the game

Mask Piece:

Hint:

After watching this tape, you'll need to go to the basement and collect the crowbar. Once you've done that, go up stairs to the room where Daloras's chapter starts and use the crowbar on the floorboards

A correction for you: on the pride tape, the location of the secret room is the garage, not the attic. You need the Omega key to open the box.

@kaored The table to the left of the counter can be climbed, and there's a vent on the wall you can open

For the last VHS tape (affliction), when a grab lewis taylor key in the self room , the glue guy come and the doors is cloose... I dont know how to get out of this room.

@zayko31 you need to smash the glass window with a stool / seat, go inside grab the axe. bring it back out and use on the opposite wall that's fragile

For the pride mask piece I went in the trap door but I don't understand what I am supposed to do inside. I get stuck in a hospital room with a gas leak that slowly suffocates me over time.
