I just tried recreating this photo and I have to say it s quite tricky, I was very lucky first time around.
Pass through the Melissani Cave and the light source in this photo is the gap we squeeze through at the end of it. It won't always look like this though, you have to wait around till morning for light to get like this then use the correct fog and focus settings.You can meditate next to the exit to get idea of how light moves throughout the day and then wait around accordingly.
