Glock-18 Moonrise is a popular skin known for its rare star patterns. Its description says: "A random drawing of the cityscape accentuates the full moon and purple night sky. Look for the polar star."
The is present in 44 patterns out of 1000. It is drawn on a detail on the top of the handle called the "slide stop lever".
There is quite a bit of information in other guides and on YouTube about which patterns of this skin have a pole star. Unfortunately, this information is often not accurate. Also, I have not come across information about how different patterns with a star differ and which ones are preferable.
I have identified four types of star patterns, which I will describe next.

There are several patterns where only a small particle remains from the star: 13, 122, 320, 324, 349, 369, 464, 533, 545, 579, 699, 716, 818, 919, 948, 995 and possibly some others.
I mention this category for information and do not include it in the classification.
If someone tells you that this is a pattern with a star, know that it is not.

Patterns 137, 268, 448, 744, 769 and 986.
The star is slightly cropped and located on the left of the above detail.
It can be seen that this is a five-pointed star.

This group includes patterns 31, 38, 95, 121, 281, 355, 385, 484, 617, 630, 667, 737 and 913.
I put this group in 3rd place because the tips of the star are slightly cropped.

This group includes patterns 19, 109, 142, 165, 194, 237, 302, 403, 475, 487, 509, 800 and 958. The star is intact, but noticeably shifted away from the center. Looks good.

Top star patterns: 58, 59, 66, 90, 102, 224, 601, 628, 694, 706, 837 and 864.
