Play Faceit it's Free and it allows you to improve your skills both in Aim & Game knowledge

Download workshop maps to help you understand different maps and learn each map's smokes

these are some references to search in the workshop

1. Aim Training - The best training map for tightening up your aim.

2. Reflex Training - Lean how to work through your targets faster over time.

3. Recoil Training - How to get used to handling a variety of recoil effects.

4. Prefire Training - Master the art of anticipating your shots.

5. Grenade Training - How to get better at choosing the right tool for the job at hand

6. Crosshair Training - Work through the many crosshairs used by the pros.

#3 Tip

Don't rage , i know it's hard but you have to , Raging will not only impact your ability to frag but also impact your teammates s' focus , most cases they will throw and make you lose the game

#4 Tip

Don't play with low Trust factor players, mainly because most of low Trust factor players are Toxic ,Greifers or even Cheaters so be aware with whom you play with

#5 Tip

Take short breakes between matches
don't play alot matches in a row
