That's right demons, this here is the fully custom Dead by Daylight icon pack themed around the characters of the hit game Helltaker by the one and only Łukasz Piskorz (or Vanripper) brought to you by a team of extremely talented 'professionals' from across the globe.

Aside from our Original Character Portraits, we did not draw any of this, everything used in this pack was drawn by Łukasz Piskorz, we only colour-edited some of the sprites from cutscenes and concept art.

The pack is updated semi-regularly, with updates generally happening after a new PTB is released or intermittently when new ideas are had.

In the Helltaker's Icons Pack folder, you'll find a folder named Alternate Icons.
The alternate icons consist mostly of the white-backgrounded perks for use with cooldowns and some alternate ideas for certain perks which we had some fun with.
If you want more options, you can easily switch out the original perk with the alternate or cooldown version of it.

Can I get banned for using custom icons?
Well, yes and no.
Up until now no one has been banned, but if you ask the DBD dev team, they'll tell you to ask EAC, or to just not use custom perks. While if you ask EAC, they will just throw the ball back to the BHVR staff.

Founder & Perk Creation:
Nexuz is the original founder of this pack, responsible for the creation of a huge majority of the perks with over 100 unique designs! Without Nexuz this pack wouldn't be what it is today.


Co-founder & Helping Hand:
BreadMaker started the project with Nexuz, a huge amount of original ideas came from his mind.


Artist & Team Lead:
tiredandtoasty, the Artist of the group responsible for the portraits of all killers, survivors and perk icon creation as well as acting team leader! With his gentle hand, he guides the project into the future!


Colouring & Guide Writing:
iDunnoSorry (that's me!) I joined the team after ceasing work on my own Helltaker Icons to lend a hand in the creation process. I'm responsible for the creation of the white background template used for cooldown perks and colouring some of the images used (Unbreakable and Enduring for example). I also wrote the new and improved revision of this guide!


Editing and Emblems:
Deathnoks started as a fan of the pack, who worked on his own personal project to go along side the main perk pack which was the Helltaker Themed Emblems! We saw his work and offered him a place in the group, since then he's been a massive help in Perk Icon creation for updates.


Helping hand & Support:
Selkie Kinu helped us with ideas and developement of perks such as NOED, Dying Light, Haunted Grounds, Left Behind, Trail of Torment, Make Your Choice, Retribution, Predator, Unrelenting, Lightweight and Deliverance just to name a few! Selkie, while retired now, is responsible for a HUGE volume of perk ideas and we couldn't have done it without him!


Original Sprites:
Łukasz Piskorz created the original game and majority of the sprites used in the icons. If you haven't already, give Helltaker a try for free on Steam.


Red Perks Template:
Velyix created the background template used for the perks. Status and add-on icons with matching backgrounds can be found on their Reddit and Twitter.


The Original:
AbsolutVodkaMain was the creator behind the original and first perk icons based on Helltaker, he was the one who inspired the formation of the project, go give him props if you enjoyed the pack!
