1.
1. Before you can Import an Image you need to create one.. (You can do this with any Image Program that you like)

Save the Image as .Png ...
2.
2.Now Start Leadwerks Game Engine: Indie Edition and go to Assets.
(If you want to create your own folder then right click on Materials and choose New folder .)

3.
4. (not via Leadwerks)Open the folder where your texture is. Drag it into Leadwerks to the folder that you have created for your materials .

The texture should appear down below . The file type should be .tex
4.
Now right click on your .tex and click Generate Material .

5.
If your texture is on the .mat it was successful :)

But the question I'd like to know is, how do I apply that texture, once I've imported it ?

@Tbone your are correct, may get away with a 2.5D game? I see that the texture has turned into a 3D ball anyway to make it into a block? Cheers

If I already generated diffuse, spec and normal maps in another program would I just put them in the folder and generate or ..? How would I deal with this please? I tried this before with normal maps and I had all sorts of difficulties because there was no-one to explain the process, and I'm not exactly a prodffessional or anything like that.
