To use these download GVK's mod tools and unzip the file, then drag the contents inside of the RWBY-GE/rwby_ge-data folder then click the exe to run the program and press install mod, then unzip your downloaded texture pack and drag it into RWBY-GE/rwby_ge-data/texturepacks
then open the game, select the mods option in the main menu, then select resource packs and choose the texture pack you want to play with. The outfits replace existing ones in-game until they are deselected.
