Changes the Attack Dogs into Fireball Dogs. They turn into fireballs when attacking, and have splash damage and doubled the attack range

It's possible. Just have to find the part of the rule that declares it.

@BloodShed I'm new to all this modding. And I want to know how you package a rules.ini mod for download on steam, or at least where to put the rules.ini file in my mod folder in documents to make it run as a proper mod that I can toggle on and off.

How is this packaged as a downloadable mod? I know about editing the rules.ini file, but how do you do this and make it work from the mod folder.

This mod doesn't use the DLL, it uses the Rules.ini
