"We all know the Soviets in Talvisota are lifted straight from Red Orchestra 2 and it shows pretty heavily. The textures are still based on Shader Model 3 and really do not hold up well in Rising Storm 2. So, I took it upon myself to sort of redo the textures to make them seem a bit more up to date. I am setting out on doing this for the rest of the Soviet forces so please do keep an eye out.
