This makes sense. Zach is supposed to die, we are given the idea he doesn't. I think because Aerith tells us a lot about what's going on, I.E., Sephiroth is a greater threat to the planet than ShinRA, she understands Zach isn't dead so she says, "don't fall in love with me" :O
