Make sure you memorize your weapon wheel or customise it to your liking.

EDIT: You can 2 phase the Marauder if you quickswap from Ballista rather than from the SSG

@dog.tag6663 stop trying to get the distance right, just get away, let him shoot the laser and dodge it, he will run up to you afterwards and do a melee attack. The tutorial message of the game about the Marauder is kinda missleading tho.

God, I hate that guy with passion. On UV he's kicking my ass like a beach ball. 95% of the fight is running away from him and collecting health and armor. And don't even get me started on his ghost wolf. And I can never get the distance right.
