This game has a built-in achievement system. You can find it by click the Contracts option, then select the fourth button.

When you finished one achievement, click the button will give you a reward of money and stars.


You just need to finish these achievements:

Rent 3/5/10 plots of land
Tip: Pause the game first, then rent a 3x3 land. Repeat 10 times.
Reward: 9000 money
Cost: 0 (don't forget to terminate rent after you get the reward!)


Buy 3/5/10 pens
Tip: Buy "Pen for animals - small".
Reward: 9000+4000 money (if you sell them all)
Cost: 8000

Buy 3/5/10 buildings except pens
Tip: Buy "Warehouse - small".
Reward: 18000+4000 money (if you sell them all)
Cost: 8000

Total reward: 44000
Total cost: 16000

Now you have extra 28000 money to play. Enjoy it.
