Winter Soldier Achievement 2020 - Project Cars 2

I've heard many people had problem to get this achievement so i decided to make this simple guide.

1.First select "Private Testing". For some reason this did not work in custom race for me, unlike many guides which say the otherwise.

2.Then select the correct track "Nurburging Nordschleife". I used Audi R18 e-tron '14.(it's not a DLC car.) You can have all the assists on.

3.The settings i've used to get this achievement are those in the screenshot. The Season and the weather Forecast must set to "Snow" . Also use the same "Custom Date" as you see in the picture. It's best to use the settings from the screenshot.

Drive a clean lap without going off the track and the achievement will pop up as soon as you cross the finish line under 8 minutes.

P.S This guide is for winter soldier but because Hunting for Grip is similar ill add a comment of a guy who tested it

I've unlocked it in Quick Play - Custom Event
- Car: Audi R18 e-tron '14
- Track: Fuji GP
- Weather: Storm
- Opponents: 15 (you can choose "0")
For the *clean* requirements it's important that you stay on the road and don't ram into anything.
If you have a problem you can enable all authenticity options + HUD options, except for braking assistance. This will make handling a lot easier an
Remember to choose "Storm" as wheater!"

That's it you're done.

Thanks for the guide, I got it, but not on the first try.

First try: have set season as snow (as on the screenshot), turned on all assists in the session menu (before the race), drove 2 laps, but didn't get.

Second try: have set season as winter, drove 1 lap, several times drove wheels on the curbs, got the achievement.

Just made it. The problem was at my date settings. I've got track on snow so I used the exact date as you and it worked for me. Thanks!

Hello @DekkerDave, there are many users who have followed my guide and got this achievement, watch the video once more, then join the game and select private testing . Make sure that not a single wheel from your car touch apex or go off-road just to be sure. Also don't crash into a wall or anything just to be sure. Furthermore check your weather settings once more and make sure you have exactly the same settings as the picture above.
Follow these tips and you'll eventually get it. I don't have any more tips, It's on you now, Good luck!

I can't get the Winter Soldier achievement. I did it both in custom race and in private testing and neither of them gave me the achievement even when my lap was clean.
