Alterações não consigo fazer agora, mas recomendo o uso de LUTs. O nativo do jogo é muito feio e estoura as cores mais do que o normal.
Yes, you are allowed to use this model and part of its texture in a 'Ryde Azure' re-texture as (and only as) new Cities: Skylines' assets. Nice idea, although such business monopolies in my crountry always have mean overprice and crap services. Hope Azure is not like that! u.u
