Watch Tower PMC

The first version of a PMC group, made for my own personal Zeus Ops since the base game didn't have much in terms of PMCs.

I'm going to be adding another PMC to this faction as well later on, as well as making 2 faction versions for Watch Tower and the other PMC, so you can have them on either independent, or their Bluefor or Opfor sides.

These factions are made with only vanilla assets to keep it as compatible as possible, I'll be making an Ace version later.
