"There was a time, years before my formal exposure to S.T.A.L.K.E.R., where I heard someone in meat space say cheeki breeki and I thought they said cheeky breeky (like they were complimenting how cheeky I was or something). I found myself yesterday on Master in a scenario where I sprinted past a controller and found myself surrounded by military on the surface of Agroprom. Ended up sprinting into an empty building near the zone in manhole and camped behind the door. They kept coming in 1-2 at a time and all got shot in the forehead.

Seeing that many believe Cheeki Breeki to mean "Put a effin bullet in his forehead" and the cheese tactic was on the cheeky side, this felt like the perfect fusion of my original and current understanding of cheeki breeki. As someone who has 100%ed Dark Souls 1, 2, & 3, the writing on the ground "The real Dark Souls begins here" came to mind as I sat there and appreciated the mound of military corpses that piled up."
