@scroogeMcDuck, I mentioned that my friend Twisted, Sam, and Nyght and even Tyrant were the ones that perfected breeding before I knew how, well Twisted and his friend, oldskool figured out how to breed when ark dropped, they were breeding on official servers back in the day, that is how they named their dinos, when they showed me their method, I just carried on what they taught me.

If you would share, I would really like to know your method for how you go about naming your dino's. This is an awesome guide!

@emileking you can get all of your base females from breeding the base male and base female together just as long as they are the same level as the base females. There has not really been anything that they have changed about breeding. The only thing that I will say is that after I made the video, Ark has added the egg incubator (exclusive to the Genesis 2 map engram, you will need that dlc in order to get it) This is helpful for whenever you get a mutation it will tell you whenever you get a mutation. There is also mutagel/ and mutagen which can alter dino level. But I will be honest, I don't like using mutagen on my dinos. If you don't know what that is, honestly don't worry about it.

@MeShell i've gone through this video 2 or 3 times the past few years, is there anything in there you know is not the case anymore in the current version that would be helpful to know? Also one thing i was curious, it felt like you made all 15 of your base Females/Male from the same parents. Is that needed? Or could you make another "Base Female" from your Base Female and Base Male? Thank you and awesome work! <3

Hi, I don't understand one thing still. Why can't we rank up other stats in the same line? I recently started a new play through and watched few guides and started breeding first time and apperantly I made that mistake and I wanna know why that doesn't work?

yeah you can purposely breed in a lower food stat if you want to lower wasted points of course. some creatures like the daedon need a higher food stat. one of the rare circumstances i would put high food on a creature

I dont understand something. Why so much food stats? For what they need so much food? Are they not wasted points?
