Age of Discovery
Complete the Francisco de Almeida Campaign.
Friends, Countrymen,
Lend Me Your Ears
Convert Afonso de Albuquerque without killing a single Portuguese
unit in the fifth Francisco de Almeida mission "A Son's Blood".
  • First part: Converting 10 enemies.

This does not require to play aggressively, you only need to explore the near surroundings of your base.

Things that you have to keep in mind:
    • Be careful when you wait with your monks, because the enemy units obviously tend to attack you, when you are in their field of vision.
    • Take your time, dont make risky plays.
    • It's not necessary build walls / outposts or town center.
    • There are exactly 10 enemies near your base, divided in 5 groups of 2:
      • 2 Halberdiers in the northwest of your base (They don't move)
      • 1 Halberdier and 1 Hand cannoneer in the south of your base (They don't move either)
      • 2 Halberdiers, that patrol near your base in the south (Near the last two)
      • 1 Halberdier and 1 Arbalester that patrol both areas, where the enemies are immobile
      • 2 Conquistadores that patrol near the Halberdies (which didn't move) in the northwest of
        your base (Around min 6)

At the beginning, while Afonso is talking, try to move your monks quickly to the northwest and then spot the enemies. Don't convert immediately. Wait until the group (Halberdier and Arbalaster) appears and disappears again from the area. When that happened, convert the Halberdiers quickly.

After that, go back until you recover faith, then convert the enemies who patrol that area (Use your missionary to heal the monk, that is receiving damage).

When you finished in that area, go to the south and do the same strategy - Spot the enemies and convert, when the group, that is patroling near the area, moves out of sight.

Finally, the last 2 enemies are in the northwest of your base. They appear after ~6 mins.
I recommend to create 2 more monks to heal (Conquistadores deal a lot of damage). Convert them and you finished the mission.

  • Second part : Convert Afonso

When you have completed the first mission, send your monks and your capped ram(with units) to the Alfonso´s base using the northwest way. Be careful, there are 2 arbalasters scouting the area (they only reach the pavilion).

When you reach the red base, send your capped ram to attack the north gate to tank the tower damage while your monks try to convert Alfonso (When you start converting him, he will move near to the gate to attack you). After finishing the mission, the achievement will pop up.

Description
Rebel with a Cause
Complete the Le Loi Campaign.
Not a Greek Tragedy
Win without losing any of your four heroes in the fifth Le Loi mission
"A Three-Pronged Attack".
  • You'll start with 4 heroes, 2 bases (northwest & southeast) and a small camp in the north that is connected with 2 blue bases.

You have 2 heroes in the northwest base, 1 in the small camp and 1 in the southeast base.

Start by focusing on your economy, produce villagers and prioritize in stone and food for now. Try to build a castle in each base to keep your heroes safe.
If you deem it necesary, build an extra castle and, while you're at it, even some walls in your base in the southeast.

    Tips:
    • Hide your heroes at the beginning (especially Le Trien behind the camp).
    • Prioritize the southeast base. There are all the resources you need and you will be constantly attacked by purple and teal.
    • The northwest base should only be used for farms and gold, if necessary. A single castle and a small army will be enough to defend it.
    • Create small armies in each base to stop the attacks that happen constantly:

*Small camp and northwest base -> archers / elephants
*Southeast base -> knights / archers (Sometimes, purple attack with trebuchets and teal
    with bombar cannons)

King of the Just Laws
Complete the Suryavarman I Campaign.
Relic Hoarder
Collect all Relics on the map in the fifth Suryavarman mission "Nirvanapada".
  • You have to collect 9 relics in total.
(0-4) You start with 4 of them in your bases (2 in each one).

  • (5-6) 2 of them are near of your base, which has 2 castles. I recommend to use your light cavalry to defend the relics until you monks can take it (At the beginning, blue will send monks to collect the relics).

  • (7) The seventh relic is near a purple base. You should go with a small army to defend your monk while he tries to take it.

  • (8) The 8th relic is difficult to take, because it is surrounded by towers and castles. The blue monk will take it at the beginning.
I recommend to play safe until you have enough resources to create an army to destroy the blue base.

  • (9) The last relic is in the east corner of the map on a small island. You should go with a fleet to defend your transport ship, because Purple tends to attack you with ships everytime.

When you finally have all the relics in your monasteries you will obtain the achievement.

King of Africa
Complete the Sundjata Campaign.
With the Help of My Sisters
Amass an army of at least 100 Gbeto Warriors in the fourth Sundjata
mission "Blood on the River Bank".
Roar like a Lion
Win the fifth Sundjata mission "The Lion's Den" on Hard difficulty.

With the Help of My Sisters:
  • You start with a base in the east, with a good quantity of resources. Split your villagers to build 2 town centers ( 1 close to the stone mine and the other close to the gold mine).

Keep creating villagers and focus on your economy. Use your light cavalry to explore the map, you will find more gold and stone mines near your base.

Build a castle and a few knights to defend your base. If you think, that you won't have wood later, send your man-of-arms and a villager to build 2 towers in the small base near to the river (Build a castle if it's necessary, later).

When you reach Imperial Age, start attacking his towers (5 in total) and then wait until you receive the other missions ( 22 - 28 mins).

  • After some time, both Fakoli and Mema express their desire to break free from Sumanguru's rule:

Around approx. min 22 - 25, Mema (Green) is going to be your ally, but he requires to rescue his princess. She is held hostage by Sumanguru in a fortress west of their base.

Be careful, when you are going to rescue her. Destroy the castle, towers and his army first, before rescuing her.

  • Note: It's obligatory to rescue his princess to obtain the achievement. When you complete the mission you'll be able to create gbetos (She will gift you 15 gbetos).

Around approx. min 26 - 28, Fakoli (Yellow) demands a tribute of 1000 gold and after that a Castle in his town to be protected. After that, he becomes your ally.
I recommend to do it first, before rescuing the princess.

  • When you finally completed the secondary missions, it's time to create gbetos. It might be necessary to kill some villagers, if you dont have enough population, since only have 125.

The achievement will pop up mid-game, when you have 100 gbetos.

Infinite Resources on Arena Map
Now we'll take care of creating troups, and destroying walls. A lot of walls... You'll see.
To do so, we'll play (or rather start) several games with the following specs:

Resources: Infinite
Location: Arena
Reveal Map: All Visible
Starting Age: Post-Imperial Age

Picture

Description
Civilization
90kg Over 300 Meters
Build 300 Trebuchets.

Persians
Frankly My Dear...

Franks
Fighting From Afar

Britons
Karambolage
Spam the enemy with 500 Karambit Warriors in a single

Malay

These are the fast ones. You just need to create them and the achievements will pop.
A few more tips on them after part 2:

Picture
Achievement
Description
Civilization
Knocking On Your Door
Demolish 200 buildings with Battering Rams.
---
Hun, What Are You doing?
Burn down 200 buildings with Tarkans.
Huns
Too Lame To Tame
Loot 500 gold with Keshiks.
Tatars
No Suntzu Light
Shoot 100,000 arrows with your Chu Ko Nu.
Chinese

These are the achievements, which we chose the Arena map style for.
While neither the Keshiks, nor the Chu Ko Nu require any specific targets, walls are perfect for efficient farming, since they have a lot "health" and a high defense.
And even so, destroying them with Battering Rams and Tarkans is the fastest way, since the walls are there from the start and the AI won't really try to stop you.

Start by building a handful of houses, so that you can recruit more villagers.
Use your town center to do so.
(Optional: Build a second town center or even a third, for faster villager recruiting)
Build a dozen Castles and after that build houses until you have enough population slots for the achievement you want to go for, while using your castles to create the required units.

And while you go for any of the latter four, just grab this one:

Train 1,000 Condottieri as a non-Italian civilization.

This one is a little bit special.
You need to play any faction apart from the Italians, while you have an italian team member. Make sure to specifically assign the same team number. If that's the case, you can train them at your barracks.
I did it while playing against an extreme AI. This enabled me to send all my Condottieri into battle and the AI took care of my population problems.
But you can also play against the easiest AI and just spam the [Del] Button on your troops.

Finding an enemy Monk to convert shouldn't pose a problem in the long run.
But if you want it as fast as possible:

Start a game playing as the Aztecs with:
Map Size: Tiny (2 player)
AI Difficulty: Extreme
Resources: Medium

The AI will start to build a Monastery basically immediately.
Do the same and create 3 Monks of your own. Wait for his Monk to go out for a relic and just, well, convert him.

Note, that this achievement does NOT unlock mid-game!
It only unlocks on the statistics screen, so you'll have to resign at some point anyway. Might as well do it after ~25-30min.

My recommendations for this are:

Players: You vs 2 AI
Game Mode: Regicide
Location: Highland
Map Size: Small (3 player)
AI Difficulty: Moderate
Resources: Infinite
Reveal Map: All Visible
Starting Age: Post-Imperial Age

Your Civ: (Spanish for the first 100, after that:) Aztecs, since they have by far the most potent Monks.
AI's Civ:
Originally posted by |Falchion| in the comments:
the best enemy to set is the tatars, as they lack both faith and heresy, allowing for easy conversion

Just build 20-30 Monasties and position 100+ Monks close to the only 'bridge' over the Highlands river, where your opponents can send infantry and cavalry across. And then... just convert everything that comes close.
You have to manually choose a few monks for every unit of your enemy - You need to play pretty actively here.

Another very fast and simple way to get [it] is by playing Barabarossa 5: Barbarossas March. Constantinople's river has an enemy galley in it as you go to cross towards Constantinople. On standard difficulty, this boat doesnt move very much, so sending a couple cavaliers after it will kill it, earning you the achievement.

Destroy an enemy Transport Ship with a Demolition Ship.

Originally posted by |IPokeTheWelsh| on |trueachievements.com|:

The historical battle Lepanto (1571) offers a good opportunity to get this one.

You start of with numerous heavy demolition ships and the Turkish enemy will periodically attempt to land their forces to try and destroy your wonder. They will attempt to land just south of your wonder or to the north (south of your town center).[...] I would move your other naval units out the way, wait for the Turkish transports and then just swarm in with your heavy demolition ships.

Kaboom
Kill 1,000 enemy units using Demolition Ships.

Players: You vs 2 AI
Game Mode: Regicide
Location: Highland
Map Size: Small (3 player)
AI Difficulty: Moderate
Resources: Infinite
Reveal Map: All Visible
Starting Age: Post-Imperial Age

Your Civ: Persians, since they create Heavy Demolition Ships 20% faster.
AI's Civ: Both Aztecs, since their only combat ships are fire ships, which are weak against our Demolition Ships.
Put both AI in the same team.

There are but 2 things you need to build: Houses, until a population of ~200, and Docks.
I decided to go against an moderate AI, since everything higher spammed out way too many Docks and fire ships for me to be able to keep up. Moderate is manageable, and so much so, that I played against 2 of them at the same time.
The Highland is divided by a river with only 1 spot to cross. Focus all your Demolition Ships at that point.
Make sure not to create too much ships (150+) too early, because if you do, the AI will 'lose hope' and stop moving & creating militia. That would be the point, where you'd win a normal game, which is why we went for Regicide.
If that happens, just use your [Del] button to delete as much ships as required for the AI to do stuff again.
The achievement will pop mid-game and should do so in less than an hour.

Here's a screenshot of how it should look:

Sheep Hoarder
Gather 20 Sheep in a Random Map game.

Choose:
Map Style: Real World
Location: Bohemia
Resources: Standard
Reveal Map: All visible
Starting Age: Dark Age

Against easiest AI, of course.
There are 2 reasons, why we play on Bohemia:

1) No starting Town Center.
And with our game options, the AI won't be able to build one, therefore won't know what to do and as such, actually won't move a pixel.
2) Guaranteed 30+ sheep spawns.

Just send your 2 starting villagers around the area to gather the sheep.
The achievement might need a while to pop, I got it on my way to the 22nd sheep.

Alternatively:
Originally posted by |g4| in the comments::
for the sheep hoarder achievement, its best to play in a ghost lake map, 1vs1 with a very easy ai in big size map (8 p). this way more than 20 sheep spawn on the middle of the map (ice area). just harvest them as usual and once you get a total of 20 sheep (harvested and alive combined) the achievement will pop.

Train the monk, get the relic to your monastery, and garrison it immediately after the treaty ends (if you do it beforehand, you won't get the achievement as you have no enemies).

Throne Thief
  • There is not much to say about this achievement, a timer starts at the beginning, giving you 30 minutes(game time), enough to prepare your economy and army.

The relic, which it´s located in the north, only is possible to reach when the timer finishes (the game will show you the bridge and the monastery). Prepare a huge army and wait until the bridge is repaired, then cross and advance to the north (blue will attack you with his army).

You should send a villager to build a monastery after destroying the yellow base, which has the relic (Stone of Scone). You will receive the achievement when you stored it in your monastery.

⠀⠀
Malleus Scotorum
  • At the moment that you complete the third objective (defeating purple), you will have 15-16 mins (game time) to kill William Wallace. The first thing that you should do is create troops (knights/arches) and move your army to the south as fast as you can.

Use your special trebuchet to destroy the towers while your units protect him (teal will attack you in groups every time that you attack his units or buildings). Be careful, try to lure William's troops before attacking him, these 3 onagers can easily kill your knights. After that, attack him with all your units (He has high damage and health). When he dies, you will obtain the achievement.

Note: At the beginning you can kill William Wallace without triggering the timer (Don’t defeat purple), use your trebuchet to destroy a barricade and move to the south, then play slowly luring the enemies (Use your monks and troops properly).

  • You have a huge amount of resources to boom quickly as much as you can. In addition, you can sack the villages to obtain more resources (if you need it).

You have an ally that really helps at the moment that you attack the enemy base, specially their battering rams.

Cavaliers are you best option in this map, which have good damage and resistance, you can destroy teal easily with a big army.
Be careful, at minute 20 (game time), teal will send enemies to attack you constantly.

You should complete the sub mission (not sure if it changes something when you attack the base) before attacking teal. After that, you can kill the villagers and destroy the town center that is located outside in the south

Then you can start the attack, you might lose troops but is the only way. Focus on killing his army and one of the doors, so yellow can enter with their rams. Continue attacking with yellow until you complete the mission. If you manage to kill the villagers you can win quickly.

A Second Hastings
  • This achievement was originally described as:
Ignore the armistice offered by the British and invade England by wiping out Humphrey’s base in the fifth Grand Dukes of the West mission “The Hook and Cod Wars”.
    • The beginning
The first 10-12 minutes are important to prepare your defenses and economy. Red will attack you with boats from the beginning and sending troops by ships while green around min 12-13 will start sending troops to attack your base, especially your villagers.

    Tips
    • Fire ships are you best option to destroy quickly their ships, create immediately 2-3 fire ships when you start the map.
    • Prepare walls, a castle and some troops as fast as you can, green is a bit annoying if it manages to kill your villagers.
    • If you are going to send your villagers to mine far from your base, protect them with an army, green’s paladins can easily kill them.
    • If you have a stable economy, start the mission which requires destroying 3 lumber deposits.

The way I did was using a fleet of fire ships(6-8) to clear the area and tank the damage while a group of petards(3 are necessary, but you can send more if you want to play it safe) blow up each building. After completing the mission, red instantly change as ally.

    • Defeating The England
To be honest, in this part you can defeat red with any strategy you want, be creative. Red is your ally, so you can send villagers to prepare buildings on his base and start creating an army.

When you feel ready, change to enemy and destroy him. After defeating Red, you can finish the objective required to win. The achievement will pop-up at the end.

  • Or refer to this guide by Alex: https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2380330341

Shut Up La Hire!
  • A straightforward achievement, after completing you first task, you´ll receive the base and resources. Split your villagers and build town centers to start booming as fast as you can.

The first thing that you should complete is the Soissons missions (Located in the East), which require build a market and give 1000 gold, after completing it they give you complete vision (Essential for map awareness).

Teal often send armies that you can defeat them easily with your troops you already have. Prepare a large army to attack yellow (French army), keep in mind their troops focus on your siege units every time, so be prepared to defend them while they destroy buildings.

When you defeated the French army, you can finish the last mission required.
Remember that the achievement will pop-up when you finish the map.

Italy Jones and the
First Crusade
Do not lose a hero in the fourth Hautevilles mission "Bohemond in the East".

Self-Made Man
  • "Guiscard Arrives" is the first Hautevilles mission.
A simple achievement, just don’t to enter in their main bases. Start attacking in the north base, then build a few knights and continue to the next red base (there is a route that you can go without facing the red army).

After completing the second red base you can change yellow and purple to enemies, then attack the purple village (don’t kill villagers) , located in the middle of the map. You will receive the villagers after killing the troops. Use them to prepare a small base for resources.

Finish the last red base when you have a good amount of resources. The last mission requires to destroy a castle (yellow or purple), yellow is the best option. Attack him with a good army and rams (also a castle if you want), you win the map after destroying the castle.

  • Or refer to this guide by Alex: https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2387705676

Haute, Haute, brief candle!
  • Inspire a rebellion in other words is using a relic in a specific monastery (2 in total in the map but only requires 1 for the achievement)

At the beginning you can choose 2 options (check the “hint” to know what happened in each option). I chose to stay and wait, the first thing that we have to do is explore the map. If you choose the option to stay, you have to find troops around the map.

If you explored enough, you might find a relic and the monastery locations (West-North). Purple is our best choice for the first mission, the fastest way is luring him.

After killing the purple emir/prince you will receive his base, then build a monastery and a monk to collect a relic, the nearest relic is outside the base. After that, with your army go to the special monastery (the safest is near teal´s base), When it is stored, the achievement will pop-up.

  • Or refer to this guide by Alex: https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2388948435

Italy Jones and the First Crusade
  • I tested if is possible to rush his leader surrounded by his army(if you kill him you win automatically the map), and it worked (before the first timer ends).

At the beginning send ALL your troops (except the 6 heroes obviously) to the south-west bridge, then cross and go straightforward to the west (Check the images to understand the path).
Research the cavalry upgrades (furnace and stable) and create more cavaliers.

When you reach west move along to the north (be careful) until you spot the enemy hero (you can use your light cavalry).

If you spot it, divide your army in 2 groups: trash units and cavaliers. Send first your infantry to distract his army and after that all your cavaliers against the hero.

You win automatically when the enemy hero dies.

Scattered Horde
Kill all enemy commanders before defeating their hordes in "The Tatar Yoke".
--> 3rd mission
Mint Condition
Deliver the Ransom Cart undamaged in "In the Shadow of the Throne".
--> 5th mission

Tolerant Piety
  • After reaching Castle Age, the map itself shows you the task required for the achievement. You have to build a monastery or a shrine in each town.

Depending on its benefits, choose the building that you consider has better benefits.

Send your villager with a small army for security. After building the six monasteries/shrines, complete the map objectives, the achievement will pop up when you win.

Scattered Horde
  • Note: You can kill enemy troops, and destroy buildings, just don't defeat them until you completed the task.

After taking Kiev, you'll receive ten villagers, and your ally will tell you that he's gonna help you with supplies (at some point you can decide which resource he should prioritize to send you).

It is recommendable at the beginning to use your villagers to mine stone until you have prepared your defences. Two castles close to the walls are enough, but also you should build a castle in your ally's base for security.

Fishing ships are a better option to earn food while your villagers lumber wood until it's necessary, so then you can prioritize gold as a supply.

Two armies are necessary for this mission, one to defend against the Cavalry and Siege attacks while the other is to attack the commanders.

2 of 3 locations are easy to reach without problems (South and East), the last commander is located in the West behind Purple's base, and it might be hard to reach. Be careful not to attack any enemies structures, or you'll trigger its army against you.

The achievement will pop up after winning the map.

  • Or refer to this guide by Alex: https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2571599530

Mint Condition
  • Straightforward achievement. You have 6 minutes (Game time) to complete it.

Select all your troops and send them to the north immediately to kill a group of light cavalry because they're going to attack the Ramson Cart seconds later. After that, move to the south, there are only four groups of enemies, easy to kill. Then rush to the castle with the Cart.

The achievement will pop up instantly when you finish that task.
  • Originally posted by LCNYSL in the comments:
For those having trouble with "Mint Condition", try this: select all cavalry units and the cart and put them in box formation, so your cart will be in the middle. Then simply order these units to move to the flag. This way the surrounding unists take all the damage while the cart remains untouched. As soon as you get the achievement you can restart the level if you are not satisfied with casualties, You can try this tactic with all your units as well, inculuding infantry (i got the achievement by doing so in my first run), but I found picking only cavalry is much more guaranteed method since the light cavalry attacks do less damage on your fast moving group. Picking all soldiers will also make you lose almost all of your soldiers, which is most probably not desirable for later.

Protector of the Realm (Fixed)
  • Prioritize in "booming" as fast as you can to have enough resources to prepare an army and castles. Keep in mind that yellow often sends troops to attack your base, so be ready to defend.

When you're ready to build the castles, send your villages with a small army, yellow might appear while you're building. A castle is enough to defend each town.

Blue missions it's a must to complete, its tasks give you researches, an army, and be able to build trebuchets, necessary to defeat the enemy (You will have to build a castle in its base).

Attacking yellow's base it's annoying because they spam a lot of troops while you attack, but manageable. The achievement should pop up when you win the map.

No Baggage
  • You start with an army, enough to complete the first part of the map, which you have to save 9 villages from the Crimean Tatars. Each village liberated, you will receive 3 villagers, useful to prepare a base in the middle of the map, where you have all the resources available.

I recommend mining stone to build 1 or 2 castles as fast as possible to defend your base against the aggressive attacks from Blue while you continue liberating.

When you finish the mission, return to your base and prepare some troops to attack the Tatars base located in the south. If you lack resources, you can complete the Monastery task, which gives you extra troops.

Be careful when you attack their base because they have an army ready to defend. The achievement will pop up immediately when the Tatars are defeated.

Note: Tatars will forfeit automatically after destroying its two town centers. However, blue will start building a Wonder when the Tatars are defeated.
  • Originally posted by Tenderizer in the comments:
I was able to earn No Baggage within 5 minutes of starting Vytautas' Crusade by just heading straight for their base and destroying their vills and TCs, after which they resign. Seems to be a lot easier than the current method.

They seem to build a castle and start massing troops around the 14-16 min mark, so you could also spend that time looting towns and then attack them before they can get their military going.

No Quarter
  • You have 20 minutes to complete all the tasks they give you to reduce the Teutonic army, essential for the achievement. Town centers and depots are a must to destroy to earn 10000 gold, necessary to hire an army.

Teutonics strongholds are optional, but with one destroyed is enough. Prioritize completing missions, when the timer finishes you will get teleported to the north.

Note: Ignore Nicolas mission or he won't fight in the battle.

I strongly recommend saving your match in this part because the achievement is a bit buggy. Fight together with your allies, and don't try to rush to the heroes and their armies because it might bug the trigger. There are 4 waves of enemies, the third wave is Nicolas and his army, and the last wave is Ulrich doing his last attack. The achievement should pop-up after winning the map.
  • Originally posted by Dete in the comments:

Have done several tries to get it and it triggered only when the grandmaster Ulrich von Jungingen was dead before enough of his last few knights were killed to trigger the end of the mission. (his death isn't the mission end trigger it seems, rather a specific amount of enemy units that are left) The message where one of his soldiers says something like:" Oh no the grandmaster has fallen" has to play. If you're too late it will get cancelled out by the mission end and the achievement won't pop up. (that issue doesn't come up with the other guy you have to kill, also I'm pretty sure you don't have to deal the finishing blows on those units either)

Malevolent Marauder (Fixed)
  • In the beginning, the map itself shows you the location of all the villages that you have to destroy for the achievement. Remember that you have limited resources, so you should play carefully with your army because each zone has small armies. You obtain a good amount of resources after destroying each village, useful to train more troops.

The last village is located in the south of the map, the only way to reach that place is by using transport ships, where you can find it close to the area. Be careful in the last village because there is a small army defending the area.

I'm aware that the achievement is fixed, I can't confirm if the achievement pop-up immediately or after completing the map.

Zizkov Hill
  • The way that I did was rushing to Imperial Age and researching all the technologies from the Blacksmith. While waiting for upgrades, move all your troops to the north and divide them into two groups( infantry and ranged units).

    Note:
-Don't forget to build a castle close to the bridge to defend against green attacks (the only way is buying stone in the market).
-Try to find the two supply carts that are close to your base.
-Prepare a small army to defend your base against yellow( they might attack when you're attacking)

After reaching Imperial age, train three trebuchets and research Siege Engineers (University). When your trebuchets are ready and close to your army, you can start attacking the red base.
Your range army can kill most of their units easily. Wagons are essential to block the damage that they might receive. However, be ready to counter their siege units with your infantry. Red will forfeit automatically after losing its castle.

The next target is yellow. Before attacking its base, train more troops and research their technologies. The strat is the same, just be careful with bombard cannons that they always create. Prioritize their towers and siege workshop with trebuchets.

Green is the easiest to defeat, clean the path to the monument with your troops. You'll receive the base when you reach the wonder with a unit. Green will forfeit after destroying its small base.

Against All
  • Keep in mind that is not necessary to train troops on this map. You should spend your resources to research Haldebier and technologies from the Blacksmith. The map itself shows you the ten locations where the Crusaders are. After killing the enemies from each area, your ally will give you ten soldiers.

The strat is simple, divide your army into two groups: range units kill their archers and infantry while your Haldebiers prioritize Cavalry units (lure each group of enemies to save troops).

Note: Don't forget to buy siege units before reaching the maximum population because you'll have more than 100 units.
The achievement should pop up when you complete the map.

Never Trust a Campaign AI
  • If you want to secure the achievement, don't change to ally when the red leader ask about it. You'll get it after winning the map.

    • At the beginning, your main priority is booming, and build two castles to defend your base
against possible attacks from each enemy.
    • The extra task of tributing 300 gold it's a must. It's the only way to train siege elephants.
    • You might lack gold if you don't prioritize your army and its researchers.
    • Around min 19-21, there is a high chance teal or green attack your base or when you're too close to its bases.
    • Before sending your siege elephants, you should lure all its troops to fight outside. A castle can make an easy fight. Keep in mind that they'll train more and more troops, so act quickly.
    • Prioritize the town centers. As soon as you destroy them, they'll resign automatically. Teal has 1 TC and Green 2 TC.
    • The last mission is red. The north path is the easiest to push with siege elephants and archers. You'll win automatically when your troops reach the area inside the red base.

An Offer You Khan’t Refuse
  • Straightforward achievement. You have 25 minutes to convert both leaders, enough time to complete it.

    • At the beginning, send all your troops and
monks to the west, and train two trebuchets.
While waiting, you can prepare your economy and research technologies from blacksmith and monastery (Block printing).
    • Blue is the first enemy you face. Trebuchets clear the path from towers while your soldiers lure enemies. When you are close to the leader, send your monks while your troops block the damage.
    • Prepare extra troops and repeat the same strategy against purple. After completing the conversion, you have 7-9 mins to complete more tasks to make easy the ending (prioritize the north quest).

You'll get it after winning the map.

The Renovator
  • Straightforward achievement. The game will show you the locations of each village.
    • The south and east villages are empty.
You can rush with a villager, but be careful that enemies often send troops to attack your base.
    • The middle base is the only village that requires an army to defend your villager because a tower blocks the path, and blue use that route to send troops to your base.
    • The last village is in the north. A tower is blocking the path, so you have to send a siege elephant to destroy it. The safest way to reach that area is by tributing gold to green to change to ally, giving you a free path.
You'll get it after repairing the four town centers.

No rest for the wicked
  • Straightforward achievement. Clear the three closest villages with your army (if necessary, train some swordsmen), and avoid using your elephant because you'll need it later.

You should find the two groups of units as soon as you saved the villages. There are two siege elephants that its necessary to rush yellow.

Attacking yellow it's easy, send your army to bait its troops, then send your elephants and crush its TC, yellow will surrender automatically. After that, you'll reach Castle age.

Note: Minute 10 and 20-22, you will receive extra troops, so keep in mind your population. After defeating yellow, train more units, especially siege elephants.

Defeating purple can be done if you force its units to fight outside its base and send all your elephant to crush the castle. Purple will change to neutral automatically, giving you a free way to destroy its TC.

You'll get the achievement after winning the map.

Eye of the Tiger
  • Straightforward achievement, but quite long to complete. You have to beat all the enemy factions (except orange). You'll get the achievement after winning.

    Some information:
    • You start with three prestige points, and you need five to research Imperial Age. The best options are: Capture the yellow's castle and build a castle close to yellow's base. Both are essential to stop teal attacks and secure the gold mines.

    • When you receive your base, purple is your ally, and yellow too after capturing its castle. However, both will change to enemies later. You can defeat them quickly if you change them to enemies before that happen.

    • Prioritize teal, easy to defeat with a large army.

    • Avoid completing the tasks until you defeat green and blue.

    • The task related to building a castle on the Andaman islands it's a must. That's the only way to defeat green(after destroying its buildings).

    • Blue should be the last enemy, with a strong navy army it's easy.

No Wonder You Won
  • As soon as you start the map, move all your troops to the first enemy base, and use your siege elephant to attack the tower to lure all the enemies to come outside, where you can fight them easily. If you haven't taken the city after that, keep attacking the door until the last defenders appear and kill them (This task will take 3-4 minutes in-game).

Note: Your hero has to stay inside the city to use the building, so keep in mind if you want to train troops.
-Use "110" wisely because it costs 500 food, being crucial in any fight. I recommend using it while attacking green and yellow.
-Minute 5, yellow will start building its wonder.

Next step: the green base. Quite annoying due to the castle dealing damage to your troops.
The first thing you have to do is attack the tower from the right side and lure all the enemies you can outside to fight. Avoid the middle door because your siege elephants will die quickly as soon as the enemy troops come to attack you. If you want to play safe, consider using petards to make a path (use your siege as bulletsponges), or continue attacking in that area until you have a free way to enter the base.

Send your army through the path and find the last defenders to claim the base. After that, move quickly outside to receive your army.

Last step: The yellow wonder. I recommend saving the game if something wrongs happen.

Before attacking, check the enemy's Wonder, and prepare more siege elephants and extra troops, save 500 food for healing.
Attack with all your troops on the left side to make a free path to send your siege elephants to rush. Split your elephants into two groups to destroy the Wonder and the castle located on the right side.

Note: Check your army and elephants. Stay close to defend your elephants considering yellow usually sends enemies to stop them.
-Keep training troops to win easily. You have to stomp yellow after destroying its wonder.

If you managed to destroy it, you secured the achievement. However, you'll get it when you win the map (quite annoying).

  • At the beginning, move your battle/siege elephants and monks to the bridge, which connects with the green base. Your elephant arches and rathas have to defend the north bridge with a small group of troops.

The fastest way to convert the first leader is by sending your battle elephants against its troops while your siege elephants attack both towers, giving enough time to your monks to convert the leader.

After that, send your army and two villagers to the northwest (close to a gold mine) to prepare a small base to train more troops/villagers, be careful with blue. You might trigger its troops if you walk close to its base.
      Note:
    • Green might attack your new base around min 13-17, so be prepared to save your villagers.
    • Tributing red it's optional. You can finish before something happens.
    • Prepare a strong economy to train more units.
Train more troops before attacking the second leader. You have to lure all the enemies outside to fight easy, attack a tower with a unit if you see more enemies inside. Repeat the same strategy that you used before.

I recommend researching Imperial age and building a castle close to the third base to make easy the fight (use market if you have enough resources). Prepare trebuchets and elephants and attack its base. Send your monks when the path is secured to convert.

Construction Cancellation
  • Straightforward achievement, at the beginning train two trebuchets and some elephants. Afterwards, send your troops to the first enemy's castle.

The strategy is simple, prioritize the castle with your trebuchets while defending them with your army, train more units and research technologies from the blacksmith if you have enough resources. Continue until you complete the first task (destroy three castles from green).

Purple will start building the wonder when you face the first group of enemies that block the path. You will receive a castle and buildings when you reach that area. Train more trebuchets and elephants before attacking the first castle, then repeat the same strategy.

Take your time in the last area because there are two castles protecting the base with an army.

You'll get the achievement after winning the game.

Parinirvana
  • Following this strategy, you have to complete it before 13 minutes (in-game) to get it.
I recommend checking the image to know where to go.

You'll start with 20 piety points which will be decreasing slowly, the game itself will give you secondary missions to increase it:

-5 points for each research in the university (25 points)
-5 points for each Monastery discovered (25 points)
-10 points for each Relic saved (50 points)
-20 points for 20 conversions and 20 points for building a wonder (not necessary)

Note: In the image, you'll see the locations of relics (pink) and monasteries (orange).
-You'll receive relic points when you stored them in monasteries that you discovered.
    -Your meta is 85 points (4M, 4R, 5 researchers) + 15-18 points we started.

At the beginning, do these actions:

    • North base: Send your scout to discover the monastery (create a monk) in the west.
-Train a monk to find a relic located in the south and send it to discover the other monastery in the east.

    • Second base: Send an elephant to discover the monastery located in the middle of the map (clear the path if you see wild animals).

    • East base: Send a scout to find the 4th monastery (create a monk).
-Build and monastery in your base to train a monk and send him to find the relic located in the east with a transport ship. After that, send the monk with the transport to the monastery in the middle.

    • Research all the technologies from the university (send your villagers for resources and use the market)
You'll get the achievement when you reach 100 points.

Campaigns | Prithviraj
These 3 achievements are somewhat of a special case, because:

The Prithviraj (Gurjaras) campaign from the base game has been reworked and received these 2 achievements retrospectively.

--> Prithviraj - 3rd mission
Inspiring Poet
Convert all Rajas before the Ghorids attack in Prithviraj #5 on Hard difficulty.

Raja of the People
  • A complicated achievement that requires micromanagement and a bit of luck. At the beginning, pause the game and divide your units into five groups:
    • North:
      -Prithviraj -3 Camels -1 Scout

    • South:
      -4 Riders - 2 Scout (cavalry/camel)
    Notes:
-Save the game before attacking, so you can try again if you mess up.
-Keep pausing every time to move your troops and split to avoid damage
-Both attacks have to be done at the same time.

Your north troops will reach first, so you have to attack quickly while your south troops reach the second base. Prithviraj has to attack the archers on the right side to tank some damage, and your scout should bait the archers from the left side. After that, send your camels quickly to attack the elephant and the calvary (always check Prithviraj health, you can escape and lure some enemies).

Meanwhile, on the other base, you have to divide your scouts to bait enemy troops while your riders stop the elephant and cavalry. If you manage to kill the elephant and cavalry, try to lure all the enemies you can outside the base, giving you enough time to prioritize the other village. Your riders can resist damage from archer units, so you can kill them when the north village is secure.

Note: You can lure them until your units from north come if you wanna play safe.

You'll get the achievement when you saved both villages.

Start with pause, and split your forces into 2 groups:
Left group: 2 Camel Riders, 2 Shrivamsha Riders, 1 Scout.
Right group: the 6 other units.
Target each armored elephant with each group.
The groups will wipe out the elephants fast, immediately target the Light Cavalry(the other dangerous unit to the TCs).
As soon as you kill the Cavalry, pull your groups away from the TCs in zig-zag to lead the ranged units away.
If you lead them far enough away the TCs might be saved, you DO NOT have to kill all the enemies (about 10 tiles from any town's building). If it doesn't happen, you will have to focus your forces.
I focused all my remaining units on the east town, and led the units away, while focus killing them.
Prithviraj is very useful, because the enemy units will focus on him..

Hopeless Romantic
  • Straightforward achievement, you have 45 minutes to complete it (on Standard). There is not much to say about this map, the fastest way is:
    South -> East -> North

If you want to use this path, you must find the onager located close to where you start the map. Your troops have to clear and resist the damage until the onager is safe.
After that, the path is easy until you reach Sanyogita, where you face a small army. Afterwards, cross the river and advance through the towers and an enemy camp.

You'll get the achievement after completing the task/winning the map.

Inspiring Poet
  • I recommend the third base as your base because the other villages are easy to convert. At the beginning, send all your villagers for stone and move your troops to the fourth village.
The easiest way is to send your elephant archers close to the tower(don't attack) as bullet sponges while your poet converts the leader.

After that, move all your troops and villagers to the second base. I strongly recommend building towers close to the enemy towers before attacking, important to lure/bait damage and enemies. Use your army to clear the path and tank damage until your poet converts the leaders(2nd base first).

You'll get the achievement when you complete the task.

Bring the Artifact to each city-state before 30 minutes have elapsed
in "Divine Will".
--> 2nd mission
Ur Out of Here
Destroy Ur's Wonder before it is completed in "The Prophecy".
--> 3rd mission

No cutting corners

Straightforward achievement. I recommend the left base as start, has more resources and is close to gold mines if required (enemies are camping in the zone).

As your enemies train cheap units, you can beat them easily when you reach the 3rd age. Chariot archers + catapults are the perfect combo to clean their units and buildings. You can destroy anything except the town center to complete the requirement(build the monasteries).

Complete the mission in both bases and finish the last objective that requires killing an enemy hero. The achievement will pop up after winning the map.

Expedited Delivery

Note: This strategy is not the best, but less complicated than the others I tried for this achievement. Luring and sending aggressive attacks to capture the bases.

Pause the game, then:
-Split your units into two groups: hero/cart and cavalry/chariots. Send your army to the northeast to clear a small patrol.
-Prepare a transport ship and a scout ship, then send two villagers.
-Start producing more villagers to boom quickly.

After cleaning the patrol, send your units to Green Walls to bait their units outside, giving time to your hero/cart to reach the area. As there are no orange units, you can rush it with ease. This capture takes 2-3 minutes (1/4).

Return to your base, send your hero/cart to the transport ship, and move south (market objective) to prepare a new TC. Your scout has to tank the damage, be careful when you reach the area, as a group of enemies is close to the river.

Note: Keep booming and prepare these things for the next steps. You have 15-18 minutes in-game to have everything ready:

-Build docks and academies in your new base to start producing 3-4 transports and 13-18 hoplites (depending on your economy). Keep training more units for Teal/Purple.
- Produce a few hoplites in your first base to defend some attacks from Teal and Purple (10-14 minutes)
- Research technologies from Government Center and Infantry DMG/Armour
- Send your chariot archers to Green's base to be prepared for the next push to Red.

If you are ready, send your hero/cart and hoplites to the transports and start moving close to the square inside Red's Base. Use your chariots to lure all enemies outside, giving your enough time to kill orange enemies and capture the base (20-22 Mins - 2/4)

After capturing, move all your units to your second base, and start pushing to the Teal base. It does not matter if you lose or receive damage from towers as long as you reach and kill orange units to capture the base. (22-25 Mins 3/4)

3 of 4 Captures trigger the last objective, which happens 1-2 minutes later. Orange send three armies from different areas to attack you. Also, enemies inside the square in the Purple base move and leave the zone. That allows sending your cart + units by transport ships to capture the last base (26-28 Mins 4/4).

Achievement pops after winning the map.

Ur Out of Here

Straightforward achievement.Two recommendations:

  • As soon as you start the map, train a few camels and clean that red camp, which connects with purple's base( you can check the image)
  • Train more units. Cavalry and chariot archers are good on this map. Also, two or three monks because Purple will attack you with elephants around min 10-12.

Min 15, you can move your units to Purple base to attack its wonder. He will start around
16:20 - 16:50
. Remember that you have to destroy two times the wonder to trigger the achievement.
If you got it, you should play at your own pace. You can ask for help to your ally to clean purple base and green, you will get the achievement after winning the map.

What Would Alexander
Have Done?
Win with all allied Town Centers remaining in "A Second Alexander".
Greece'd Lightning
Win before Demetrius arrives in "The Many Kings of Macedon".
The Best Defense…
Defeat all enemies in "Sisyphus".

What Would Alexander Have Done?

After finishing the first objective, boom as fast as possible to start producing your army, divided into two groups: cavalry and hoplites.

The easiest way to stop Teal's centurions is to lure them close to blue towers when the last objective starts. That's why your calvary it's essential. Also, walling the watch towers and blocking the paths with gates makes the stand easier.

As Orange only produces cavalry, hoplites are the best option to defend your base until you finish the walls. Start the attack against Orange when you feel ready. After that, send back your army to protect Violet's TC. Red prioritize that base with camels.

Note: The last mission is ten minutes defending against centurions and camels, so blue/violet towers are the only way to kill them quickly.

Greece'd Lightning

The first objective is a bit tricky. The easiest way is to find the two catapults close to the towers.
To win the map is destroying 5/6 Town Centers and defeating Red in 45-50 minutes in-game.

The key to winning this map it's not losing many units and attacking quickly. There are many ways to advance on this map without trouble.
I recommend Teal as an ally. The reason? is the only one with an army that can kill most of your units early in the map.

You can flank Yellow's first base by luring their troops outside and killing them. After that, your catapults can finish the TC
The second Town Center it's defended by one watch tower and 4-5 soldiers, easy to push (2/5).

Note:
  • After destroying two TCs, red will betray you. You have five extra minutes to move your troops and destroy its army and TC.
  • Your catapults can destroy Red and Teal town centers without changing them to Enemy.
  • Don't forget about your economy, to produce more units and research technologies
  • Blue will attack your base with a few soldiers.
After defeating Red, you have to destroy 1 of the 2 Town Centers from Blue to secure the victory. As you have a good economy at that moment, you can choose which one to destroy (3/5).

Finally, you can send your catapults and army to Teal base and attack their TCs (5/5).

The Best Defense…

After completing the first objective, prepare three transports and find your extra troops north of your base, then send them to Violet's base. Use your galleys to protect your ship transports, and rush the two TCs to make violets resign quickly.

Centurions are the key to win easy the map.
As your start with a good amount of resources, you can start preparing a good amount of Phalangites to protect Yellow until you have a stable economy to spam Centurions.

You can split your army into two groups of +20 units to clean the map quickly. Red only train infantry and catapults so you can play aggressively.

Push quickly because your ally and Orange build wonders at the beginning of the map. Red and Orange resign after destroying all their important buildings.

If you are playing this map on hard mode:
Originally posted by VersusCA in the comments:
For "Offense Is The Best Defense", I found that destroying Carthage's TCs on hard did not cause them to resign. I had to destroy other production buildings (docks/stables) too.

On the other hand, Orange resigned immediately after I destroyed their wonder. My route was to go up the eastern side of the map and destroy most of red, then cut across below the orange base and attack it from the western side - the wonder is just beyond the walls, so it's quite fast to breach and destroy them.

Campaigns | Trajan

Achievement
Description

Are You Not Entertained?
Win "Legates and Legions" in less than 10 minutes.
I Am Legion
Defeat the Dacian Army in "Heads Will Roll".
You Have No Power Here!
Lose less than 5 units to conversion in "An Old Enemy".

Are You Not Entertained?

Pause the game, move your scout to the northwest to find the extra units and your swordsmen to the northeast for the last group.
Also, research "Broad Sword (Barracks)" and "Scale Armour Infantry".
Send 2-3 villagers to mine gold for "Metalworking" and extra units (use your barrack from the north).

As soon as your scout has found the two groups of units, send them to Blue's middle base to kill its army. Use your cavalry to lure them outside, which reduces the chance of dying your army.
Your second army has to clean the small camp and then attack the middle base to destroy it quickly. Focus on towers first to have a safe push, and destroy everything except houses to secure the "resign" trigger.

After that, send all your units to the west and repeat the strategy: lure, kill and clean the base. Prioritize the towers and the TC, and keep destroying and killing if the trigger doesn't happen. You might win around 8:40-9:20 if everything goes well.

I Am Legion

Straightforward achievement, prepare a good economy and protect your base until you prepare your army. Spamming ballistas with catapults makes trivial the attack against Orange and Green, use your catapults as bait while your ballistas clean the path.

The achievement will pop after defeating Orange.

You Have No Power Here!

There are three areas where monks tend to convert your units. The ballistas + catapults strategy works in this map too. Create a good amount of ballistas to protect your catapults, and upgrade technologies for it.

Strat is simple, use one of your soldiers to lure all enemies outside and attack with your ballistas (prioritize monks), then clean with catapults.

Upgrade your ballistas to Helepolis as soon as you have the resources. Prepare more units and research technologies that you consider necessary before attacking Blue.

You'll get it after completing the map (if you haven't lost five units by conversion).

Georgian Victory

Game´s Over Yury

Straightforward achievement.

As soon as you start the map, send all your cavalry close to Yellow's base on the north with 2-3 villagers. Train extra villagers for economy and monaspas (castle unit).

Cross the bridge and build a castle while your army protects the villagers, also a workshop. The Castle helps to defend and push quickly until you can train rams and monaspas.

Take your time and clean most enemy buildings to stop their attacks. Protect your Rams because they will prioritize them.

You'll get it after winning the map.

Auntie Dearest

A long but straightforward achievement, prioritize your economy at the beginning for late fights. Some enemies attack your base, so have 5-6 units defending it.

Prepare a monaspa army to advance the secondary mission while booming. The achievement requires conquering the grey base for yellow's objective, building a wonder.

Monaspas + trebuchets will be enough to clean the path. A castle is optional.

Remember that grey won't attack you when you use trebuchets, only when your units are too close to them.

Destroy the towers and both doors, avoid forcing a fight inside the base and send a yolo rush with your cavalry to the town center to trigger grey resign.

After that, protect yellow in case an enemy sends its army.
Done, achievement secured. You'll get it after winning the map.

Alexandra the Great
This achievement requires all secondary objectives fulfilment before the timer runs out (25 min), enough to be honest (17 mins in my run).

  • Liberate Persian cities by defeating the Khwarazmian garrisons there. (X marks)
  • Destroy enemy Supply Depots (Trade Workshops) to loot extra resources.
  • Destroy the Turkomans' Town Center to acquire Relics during the final battle. (BLUE)
  • Destroy the Ghorids' fortress to weaken them during the final battle. (GREEN)
  • Capture the Ghorid trading post by destroying the towers guarding it.

Check the image to understand what I wrote after this. This strategy was the fastest way that I found.

As soon you start the game, pause and upgrade your cavalry units in the blacksmith. Start the purple route, the easiest supply depot from our base, required to get resources. Keep following the route while training more troops.

Train more monaspas until your main army has +32 units. After that, split your troop's production. The main castle sends to the blue arrow, and your second castle sends it to the orange spot. Wait until you have at least 20-22 monaspas on each side, and keep producing.

Note: Don't forget the trebuchets for green castles.
-Reduce the speed if you aren't used to moving groups of units.
-Save the game in case something wrong happens.

Purple arrow: Keep pushing and check if you lack units for the last bases.
Orange arrow: Blue's base only has one tower but a good army. Fight outside for a battle advantage, destroy the door and rush the town center. Keep checking your units because blue produces units.
Blue arrow: Same as purple, keep cleaning yellow depots, bases and the trading post objective.
Red arrow: The last objective with trebuchets and all your army will be easy peasy.

You'll get the achievement after completing the objectives. The second part of the map starts.
Campaigns | Thoros The Great
Bounty Hunter

Raiding Party!
Defeat all enemy Cypriot players in "Bloody Crestwaves".
Church Sanctuary
Do not lose any Tarsos Villagers in "Of Turncoats and Traitors".
Lord of the Mountains
Complete the Thoros the Great campaign.

Armenian Victory
Win a game playing as the Armenians.

Bounty Hunter

Straightforward achievement, I took the left base.

Prioritize the economy while completing the secondary mission, and try to find extra units that require healing with your monks.

I recommend an infantry + archers army. The fastest way is to clean the teal camp first, which connects with most Byzantine generals.

Note: Save before converting a general, in case something goes wrong.

Be careful because Purple has a lot of groups of enemies scouting the paths and training more enemies from its camps to attack you.

The safest way to convert the generals is by luring its units, baiting the conversion and running to your army to kill them. Only three generals are necessary for the achievement. You can kill the rest to complete the objective.

You'll get it after winning the map.

Raiding Party!

Long but straightforward achievement, I chose the right side.

You have to defeat all enemies (3) in Cyprus before winning the game. Your ally is aggressive in a good way, which helps to clean one of the main enemies.

I recommend a slow push while booming at the beginning. Purple ships and some enemies often attack your base, so prepare a small army and ships to defend your base.

Infantry spam with trebuchets will be enough to defeat the fortified enemy's bases. Be careful fighting close to the sea because ships instantly attack you.

You'll get it after winning the map.

Church Sanctuary

Thought it was broken , but I got it after 3-4 tries. Please report if you are having problems with the achievement.

Originally posted by Procrod:
You must ensure that all 20 villagers you start with are NOT garrisoned by the time the timer for Reynauld to assist you ends. There is a bug that causes the castle/town centre not to eject all villagers when ownership is changed, causing some villagers to be lost in the process.

In short, place all 20 of them in the castle (easier to note as opposed to garrisoning them in multiple buildings) and then eject them when the timer is about to end. Whomever you choose to start off from or have a ceasefire with later does not factor into whether the achievement will unlock.

Campaigns | Ismail
Sneak Attack

Landslide Election
Capture all Tabriz noblemen in "Road of Royalty".
I Ain´t Fraid of No Guns
Defeat the Ottomans in "Khata´i".
Call me Ismail
Complete the Ismail campaign.

Sneak Attack

Straightforward achievement.
Find the three groups of units that are around your base. Some enemies scout the areas, but they are weak.

I strongly recommend moving your units close to Farrukh Yasar and waiting outside. Send Ismail and some cavalry archers to trigger the base objective and lure them to your army.

The trigger starts after defeating those enemies. You have around 70-80 seconds to be ready until Farrukh says his message and leaves the area to the castle.

Note: Save before attacking, in case something goes wrong.

If you hit Yasar, he will fight you or get stuck. You'll get the achievement after killing it.

Landslide Election

Straightforward Achievement, some tips:

  • Boom ASAP to train cavalry to rush the secondary objective. Try to complete it before the timer to reduce Tabriz's production of units.
  • Build a castle in your base to defend against enemy troops, with 2 or 3 elephants will be enough. Green might send an army to attack your base when the timer is close to 5min.
  • Prioritize the nobleman located close to Green's base. Some enemies might come to attack you, so be ready.
  • Pillaging the Armenian estates is good for gaining gold but is not recommended at the beginning of the map.

The achievement is secured if you captured the three noblemen . You'll get it after winning the map.

I Ain´t Fraid of No Guns

Some tips at the beginning:
  • Prioritize walling the paths that connect your base, which reduces the constant attacks against you and secures your main resources that are outside. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean you are safe. Extra units will be necessary to defend against any possible attack.
  • Research all technologies required for defence and attack: Alchemy, Citadel and Cavalry upgrades.
  • Boom asap in this map. A strong economy is required to fight Purple since it trains units to defend its base.

Around min 30 in the timer, start moving 4-5 villagers to the Purple base to build extra stables to produce an army. Also, train 4-5 trebuchets to be ready to attack.

Your ally will send you an army of camels around minutes 25-26. That's the moment to attack Purple. An aggressive castle will help you to push and defend your trebuchets.

Prioritize the castles and towers, and defend your trebuchets because they will constantly send units to stop them.

When the timer reaches 0, Turks will start producing more and more units, especially gunpowder units. Therefore, destroy everything to avoid any problems.

You'll get it after winning the map by defeating the Turks.

Straightforward achievement. Your small boat (Hero) acts as a monk to convert ships. You can find a few Galleons (Don't attack) moving around, protected by one or two enemy boats.
Converting Galleons is optional to gain gold for the main quest.

Saxon Revenge
Defeat West Francia in "Otto (936)".

You'll need for all of your 3 allies to revolt for West Francia (Purple) to turn enemies with you.

Tip for this achievement: Do this only when you are at Post-Imp, as you can easily stop the revolts of your 3 allies and deal with purple.

To do this correctly, just let your allies revolt by just waiting. When one of them revolts, DO NOT ATTACK THEM, just wait on your base and make sure their units don't attack your base. Killing their units may cause them to stop revolting and needing to do this proccess all over again. Wait for all your 3 allies to revolt.

When West Francia (Purple) ask you to tribute them 1000 gold, inmidieatly kill your allies' units so they come back to your side. Wait for the timer to end and purple will have turned on you. You don't need to kill him entirely, just kill his units and destroy some of his buildings until they switch back to your side, giving you the achievement

Charlemagne (768) might be the easiest achievement in the entire game, at least scenario-wise. The enemy players will start attacking Carloman from the start. Unless you either kill Carloman yourself or actively try your hardest to keep Carloman alive, he will die very early in the scenario, which rewards you with control of all his units and buildings.

The achievement will pop mid-game as soon as Carloman dies.

Bread and Circuses
Support the winning chariot team in "Komnenos (1081)".

Bread and Circuses
The easiest achievement in the DLC. After taking the city, save your game and click on the coliseum. Choose any chariot, and you'll see a message in the top left corner about the chariot winner.

Reload your save if you lost, and choose the winner that you saw previously. I tried four times and was the same winner, no RNG.

So Epic
Complete all 50 Saga objectives in "Ragnar (850)".

So Epic
https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3188675259
  • Most quests are related to conquering, sacking, finding and killing in specific zones, which are straightforward if you explore the whole map. I highly recommend checking the list to know what you are missing in that zone.
  • Every new land you reach by ship, build a settlement, especially in small islands around Britain. Some islands are small, but you can recognize them if you see some sheep.
  • Take advantage of your heroes. They will carry your early game and blue islands, where they have a lot of monks.
  • You'll lack gold and villagers when you start the journey, so expend it wisely. Use the 4th relic bonus to have extra chances to get gold while raiding buildings.
  • Viking riders always attack your conquered buildings, so prepare armies to protect the Norse land. You can defeat them by completing the main mission (which requires 30 quests completed).
  • Huskarls and Battery rams will be essential in some areas (England and the Franks).
  • Save often, this is a long run. Took me around 4 hours to finish it casually.

Plebeian Preserver
Do not lose a Villager in "Constantine XI (1453)."

Plebeian Preserver
Tips
  • Upgraded Arbalesters and hand cannoneers are required to survive on this map since you can't fight outside. That's your only method to kill without losing your units.
  • Upgrade any technologies that increase the range of your units/buildings and survivability.
  • You have 40 villagers in this mission. Try to take most resources at the beginning when waves are short. After that, you can send 30 to the yellow base and 10 to repair your walls.
  • Fish boats with traps in your north dock are a good spot to gain food resources. Don't forget to defend it with Galleons.
  • Rebuild walls and gates destroyed by the Ottomans every time you finish a wave. Also, build extra walls to slow down enemy push. The north castle is recommended for repair.
  • Garrison your infantry and Genoese crossbowman in towers and castles to increase damage to enemies. Manually kill bombard cannons with your castle and towers close to walls.
  • Enemies tend to prioritize walls and defences until you attack them. Find the correct time to strike them, especially in the last waves when you fight inside your base.
  • Yellow and North docks missions are recommended to complete asap, good spot to hide most villagers in the last waves when you took most resources.
  • Keep producing troops and ships. You will have a lot of resources in the last waves. Range units and cataphract/condottieros are good options.
  • The middle area will be the hot spot for the last waves. Try to build walls and towers in that zone to slow down their push, even bug some enemies if you don't attack them.

Vandalized
Sack Rome by 455 CE in "Gaiseric (406)".

Vandalized
Originally posted by Thorwyn in the comments:
For Gaiseric, once you get the prompt, rush to Carthage, don't bother with Roman cities in Europe except one with port

Straightforward achievement but long. You have around 3-4 hours (in-game) to sack Rome. By far, the beginning is the tedious part, so take your time if necessary.

The fastest way to save time is to move your units to Hispania to drop your town center close to the port, which is required to continue with the map.

Note:
  • Your infantry isn't good enough to fight Franks and Romans, so the cavalry archers you find (one group at the beginning and the second group when you reach Hispania) are the fastest way to clean enemies.
  • Resource buildings are locked. You gain food by taking farms and sheeps. Also, gold you get by sacking, destroying buildings and killing enemies, so prioritize essential upgrades.
  • Use your monks as much as possible, especially with Roman cavalry and villagers to save resources.

The left side of the port city is the best area with enough food and wood.
Start sacking and killing the zones that aren't protected by walls and towers.
Keep farming gold until you have enough resources to reach castle age and build some battery rams.

The best way to push the port is using a battery ram and luring the enemies close to the gate to clean. Be careful and take your time.
The two siege onagers are the only issue. Kill and destroy everything except the docks (you have to convert).

After that, everything turns easy. Dromons and fire ships to clean easily the islands and the coast buildings. Keep sacking and pushing until you trigger the last Town Center objective, clean the city and start moving all your units there.

You've got all the missing buildings, train more ships and push to Rome. Clean the coast and send your army and some villagers.
At this point, you have enough resources to do any strategy to sack Rome. You'll get the achievement after destroying the middle area.

Shogun

Advice for Shogun: focus only castles and TCs, each clan has about 3 of each, but they can rebuild if not careful. I'm pretty average skill-wise and made it work with cavalier and trebuchet starting as Takeda

Originally posted by Arky:
I completed "Shogun" with almost 30 min remaining as Chosokabe.

Started spamming 5 fishing ships and 60 villagers. Once I had enough food for villager production, I started gathering stone. Built a castle (with important university techs) just northeast of my eastern town center to defend. Then focused on eco and advancing to Imperial. You need to click the age up button at around 20 min (complete at 23) for your secondary objective. First AI will age up at ~26 min. Started mass unit production and military upgrades after I clicked age up. Also built towers close to coastal choke points to take care of enemy ships (5 on the northwestern parts of the island and 2 south of the eastern base).

The AI does not try to counter your units and does not build Skirmishers, Scorpions or Mangonels. This makes Cavalry Archers extremely strong since they have basically no counters and can simply kite and destroy enemy melee.

I used a group of 60 Cavalry Archers (plus some in reserve to replace losses) and a second group of 8 Trebuchets to attack enemy towns. Also made some Cannon Galleons later to take out Otomo and maybe 10 Light Cavalry that I sent to scout in random patterns all over the island.

The path I took was to go east and destroy Oda first. Then continuing east to Takeda while builing 3 castles inside Mori (they are allied until you destroy 2 enemies). After killing Takeda, I went for Uesugi. Started spamming Cannon galleons when Uesugi was about to die. My land army finished off Mori which was very weak from my castles and I think my cannon galleons finished off Otomo on their own.

Campaign | Historical Battles
Daimyo of the Nine Provinces
Defeat the Shogun and conquer all Nine Provinces by 1600 CE in "Shimazu (1545)".

Age of Vikings
Find all Viking heroes in "Ironside (859)".

Straightforward achievement, only the hero in Africa has to be rescued.

Lost Vikings
Find three lost Vikings in "Finehair (870)".

Easy achievement, use a ship to find them. You'll get it after reaching that zone.

United We Fall
Obtain four allies before the Mongols arrive in "Mstislav (1203)".

United We Fall

The achievement itself is easy, but the final mission... good luck.
Your main priority is conquering the small purple zones to gain more resources and population.

The early strategy is taking advantage of monks to gain cavalry units.
Infantry units are decent as front liners but turn useless after beating the four cities.

Keep conquering until you can build Trebuchets. A good amount of cavalry is enough to stop enemies while you target the castle with your trebuchets. Dealing half damage to the castle forces the enemy to change an ally. Repeat with each city.

Before killing the last enemy, secure most purple zones for population, essential for the Mongol attack.

You secured the achievement at this point, but it's time to fight the Mongol attack. Prioritize a strong cavalry army to flank Mongols and upgraded skirmishers with mangonels inside your base.

Remember, you can't fight the Mongols. The only way is flanking and moving around close to other cities. Choose when to fight them because they focus on you if you make an attack.

The Old-fashioned Way
Win without constructing a Trebuchet in "Stephen (1135)".

The Old-fashioned Way

Keep in mind that you have limited population at the beginning, so balance your units.
Prioritize some defense units and towers to protect your base until you manage to reach Castle Age.

Relics is a must to gain gold until you have more population to explore the map(You can use marco - polo code to spot them, then restart the map).
Everytime you conquer a castle you'll receive extra population. Longbowmen and rammers are enough to push through enemy lands.

After conquering enough castles or defeating yellow will trigger an extra objective which is defending the south area (Your main base and some castles), so prepare extra armies to defend them while pushing the last castles.
Campaign | Historical Battles
Generational Ambitions
Achieve all of a leader's ambitions in "Seljuk (985)".

Generational Ambitions

Straightforward achievement, you have many chances to get the achievement. Each hero has his ambitions. You have around 55 minutes in-game to complete it.

The best advice is to find the monks spread around the map, which is essential to convert units and heal your army, also required for the quests.
Remember that every transition of hero will spam an Orange army to attack your main base.

You'll get it automatically after completing the list.

Coup D'état
Win "Robert (921)" by gaining the support of at least three dukes.
Trust No One
Win "Robert (921)" by attacking and defeating all dukes and the King of the Franks.

The AI acts like Nobunaga, trains enemies and rebuilds everything instantly. Even on standard, it's challenging. The only way to defeat them is to destroy their castles and town centers.

Trust No One
If you are struggling with this achievement, I recommend using the "petard" way to reduce a lot of time.
Start the map and instantly build a blacksmith or stable to reach castle age. Use your monk to find relics to gain gold while your villagers take food from sheeps. Build a castle after reaching Castle Age and train 5 petards.

Since truces between enemies are RNG, check the list below to prioritize the right enemies. The main target here is to kill at least 2 enemies quickly before the truces force you to fight everyone.
  • Purple, Gray and Orange require 5 petards if they are in Feudal Age (1 TC)
  • Teal requires 10 petards (2 TC)
  • Green requires 15-17 petards (1 TC - 1 Castle)
Change to "enemy" the city you want to destroy when your petards are close to the TC. Repeat until you destroy a 2nd city.

At this point, prioritize your base and economy. You can still use the strat but require an army of petards. The only way is simultaneously destroying your 3 enemies, which is tedious but better than fighting against swarms of enemies.

Don't forget to pause the game after changing them to enemies, giving you the time to move them.

If you want to play the funny way, just secure the orange base, which is the hardest enemy to fight as Franks.

You'll get the achievement after winning the map.

Coup D'état
You can repeat the early Petard strategy to make the achievement trivial or play your way.

Good economy and defences are essential to play safe. Prioritize relics while booming. Choose which enemies you want to play against. At some point, Dukes start doing truces between them.
Norses and your enemies will constantly attack your main base, so castles are a good option. Also, doing Paris quests gives you technologies.

Prioritize the objectives of your allies to reach 100 support quickly, which gives you the flare option that makes attacks trivial against enemies.

You'll get the achievement after winning the map.

Civis Romanus

Seeds of Their Own Destruction

Both achievements can be done in one session.

That's the easy strat, just secure the 12 saxton asap and save around 60-70 soldiers to protect the cities. Enemies tend to attack the wall and the coast.

Typical booming map, reach imperial and prepare a huge army of archers divided in 4 groups
(each city).
Keep in mind that you have to delete your saxton units before they change to enemies.
In my run happened around year 478- 482 CE

I managed to semi-cheese Saxon Revenge on Standard difficulty by sending a couple of my starting villagers to purple's base at the very beginning. Gather food and stone asap, build TCs in Purple's base to continue booming there. Build a castle and siege workshop next to each of Purple's 3 castles, surround each castle with 5-6 rams and 20+ upgraded Teutonic Knights. The battle was over 30 seconds after it started.

Since vassal loyalty is visible, you know exactly when they and subsequently Purple will rebel, so you know when you'll need to be ready.
