at least with that one, if you know what you're doing, you can install various mods and whatnot, and even change weapon damage (and this case, shotgun spread) using the WinRAR program to do it.

My angry man, it's WIndows XP game back in 2004 and you expect it's game's fault to run on your high end expensive machine while have issue to load Steam overlay browser? It's Valve's fault that they're slacking off will to update stuff properly for older games to run on new Steam overlay that sucks off alot of ram cause of Reddit x Steam crossplay, animated avatars, etc.
That's why phones exist to check in case, if you maybe have one? Diablo 3 mobile reference lmao or use Firefox or whatever you have to look for help.
