A collection of simple buildings containing a group of facilities. They are mostly intended to just plop down whenever you start a new zoo or expanded your existing zoo so much a new staff center is needed. The simple design should fit in almost everywhere. It's nothing fancy, but all blueprints use just the basic theme, are as cheap and compact as possible while still looking somewhat nice. (at least better then just a grey qube) Pathing should be very easy to reconstruct. Some blueprints use the larger versions of the staff facilities, which you need to research first.
