You have to download an older version of this game.

Steps:
1. Open the console on steam and type this: download_depot 369580 369581 7960619884062040053
2. Delete every file from your game's folder. (C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NotTheNameWeWanted)
3. The new files should be located here: C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_369580. Copy everything to the game's original folder.
4. Rename the exe file to "NotTheNameWeWanted)

Now your game's folder should look like this:

These depots were not tested, but you can try and leave a feedback if it works or not.
Same steps but type this to the console:
For linux: download_depot 369580 369582 569946702691402681
For mac: download_depot 369580 369583 1243581260357617259

That is weird, because I tested it on this account and on my alt too. I finished the game on this one, and managed to get some on the other (that was only for the test). Are you using win10 or 7?

I managed to start it, but still didn't unlock achievements.
But I played this game when they still could be achieved in the then-current version and I couldn't get them then, so they are probably really broken for me :/

+ launch the exe file, and not the game from your library, maybe that helps. If you still have issues with it, add me and I'll try to help.
